Research On Collaborative Governance Mechanism Of Supply Chain Environment

Since the environmental pollution becoming more and more prominent,environmental governance from the perspective of supply chain has attracted the attention from many scholars.It is an important method to solve the environmental problems of supply chain by collaborative governance.This article aims to explore the effective ways of collaborative governance of supply chain environment through mechanism research.For this purpose,this article mainly carries out the following four aspects of research work.Firstly,from the macro perspective,this article applies Complex Adaptive System(CAS)theory to study the synergy and complexity of collaborative governance in supply chain environment,then explores the Complex relationship among multiple agents and collaborative mechanism of collaborative governance in supply chain environment.Secondly,in order to test the effect of supply chain environment collaborative governance,this article constructs a model of supply chain environment collaborative governance and simulates it with multi agent simulation technology.This article verifies that collaborative governance can bring considerable economic and environmental benefits to supply chain enterprises by simulating collaborative governance mechanism.Simulation results show that the actual effects brought by the information collaboration mechanism and cost-sharing mechanism for enterprises include the expansion of the scale on supply chain enterprises,the increase of the overall profit on the supply chain and the reduction of carbon emissions,etc,which verifies the effectiveness of the collaborative governance mechanism.Thirdly,from the micro perspective,this article discusses the important influence of collaborative governance mechanism on environmental governance of two-level forward supply chain as well as closed-loop supply chain by means of Stacklberg game.This article verifies the positive effects of information collaboration mechanism and cost-sharing as well as benefit-sharing mechanism on collaborative governance of supply chain enterprises by formula derivation and example analysis.This article finds that the collaborative governance mechanism can effectively weaken the double marginal effect in the process of product pricing and achieves the obvious reduction of carbon emission per unit product by MATLAB numerical simulation.There is a boundary value about emission reduction investment in the process of carbon trading change market.With the rise of carbon trading price,enterprises are encouraged to implement low-carbon production strategy to reduce the carbon emission of products and make more profits at the same time.Finally,this article proposes the corresponding management and enlightenment from the driving force of collaborative governance in supply chain environment and the supervision of governance process as well as the effects.On the one hand,it is not only necessary to pay attention to the combination of internal drive and external drive to stimulate the endogenous power of enterprises to reduce emissions autonomously,but also to give full play to the functions of government supervision and macro-control,promote the communication between enterprises to ensure the clearness of information flow,also jointly solve environmental problems through close cooperation.On the other hand,government organizations need to accelerate the improvement of regulatory system and punishment measures,formulate relevant laws and regulations for quantitative management,and give full play to the supervision role of NGOs and the public,in order to make up for the lack of government supervision.
