As the urbanization process continues to deepen, the rural economy and agricultural structure have been further optimized, but there have also been problems such as waste of agricultural resources and deterioration of the agricultural ecological environment. It is urgent to strengthen agricultural pollution control and adjust the agricultural production structure. How to control my country’s agricultural pollution in the context of deepening urbanization, and to provide direction and motivation for the continuous advancement of urbanization, requires attention and attention in practice, and academic research and thinking. On the one hand, with the development of urbanization, the rural population has shifted to urban areas, and agricultural land has been shelved and abandoned areas continue to expand. On the other hand, the advancement of urbanization has also caused changes in the characteristics of the agricultural industry and the characteristics of farmers, which in turn will affect agricultural pollutants.Make an impact. Therefore, agricultural pollution may be directly and indirectly affected by urbanization. This paper sorts out the relevant literature, and then builds the theoretical framework of urbanization-agricultural pollution from the three aspects of population, land and employment based on the specific analysis of the characteristics of urbanization and agricultural pollution in my country, and uses fixed effects models to empirically explore population cities The specific research contents and conclusions of the impact paths of agricultural pollution by urbanization, land urbanization, and employment urbanization are as follows:The study takes 30 regions(provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions)in China from 2008 to 2017 as the research object, using inventory analysis and scenario construction methods to measure the intensity of fertilizer non-point source pollution emissions and straw burning intensity in each region over the years.Urbanization indicators are the core independent variables, the intensity of fertilizer non-point source pollution emissions and the intensity of straw burning are the explanatory variables, and the scale of farmland transfer, the characteristics of farmers and the characteristics of agriculture are the control variables. After the benchmark regression equation is determined, the core The cross product term of variable and control variable is used to study the impact path of urbanization on agricultural pollution. The study found:The relationship between population urbanization and agricultural pollution:(1)Population urbanization has a direct negative impact on fertilizer non-point source pollution and straw burning intensity.(2)Population urbanization has an indirect negative impact on fertilizer non-point source pollution and straw burning intensity by affecting the scale of agricultural land transfer.(3)Population urbanization has an indirect impact on fertilizer non-point source pollution and straw burning intensity by affecting agricultural characteristics.(4)Population urbanization has an indirect impact on fertilizer non-point source pollution and straw burning intensity by affecting the characteristics of farmers. The relationship between land urbanization and agricultural pollution:(1)Land urbanization has a direct negative impact on fertilizer non-point source pollution, but it has no direct impact on straw burning intensity.(2)Land urbanization has an indirect positive impact on the intensity of straw burning by affecting the scale of agricultural land transfer, but there is no indirect impact on fertilizer non-point source pollution.(3)Land urbanization has an indirect impact on fertilizer non-point source pollution and straw burning intensity by affecting agricultural characteristics.(4)Land urbanization has an indirect impact on fertilizer non-point source pollution and straw burning intensity by affecting the characteristics of farmers. The relationship between employment urbanization and agricultural pollution:(1)Employment urbanization has a direct negative impact on the intensity of straw burning, but has no direct impact on fertilizer non-point source pollution.(2)Employment urbanization has an indirect positive impact on the non-point source pollution of fertilizers by affecting the scale of agricultural land transfer, but there is no indirect impact on the intensity of straw burning.(3)Employment urbanization has an indirect impact on non-point source pollution of fertilizers and straw burning intensity by affecting agricultural characteristics.(4)Employment urbanization has an indirect impact on the non-point source pollution of fertilizers and the intensity of straw burning by affecting the characteristics of farmers.Use variable substitution method to carry out robustness test to confirm the reliability of the above empirical conclusions.Combining the content of the theoretical framework, through the analysis and summary of the results, the corresponding policy opinions are put forward,in order to promote the development of agricultural green production, while also providing new ideas and new impetus for the rational deepening of urbanization.
