Production Management Of Recycled Plastic Granulation Line Optimization Research

With the implementation and promotion of sustainable development strategy,more and more environmental protection enterprises emerge as the times require.Energy saving and environmental protection industry is one of the seven strategic emerging industries that our country has accelerated to cultivate and develop.As an emerging industry supported by national policies,it has a broad prospect and the market is not saturated.A large number of relevant investment enterprises vie to enter the market,and few enterprises withdraw from the market,resulting in fierce competition.However,as a new industry,the production management mode of environmental protection manufacturing enterprises has no lesson in the past,and can only continue to explore and move forward,facing great challenges.As a newly started environmental protection manufacturing enterprise,the lean production management mode system has not yet formed,resulting in some problems to be solved in the production process,and the production efficiency is not high.This paper analyzes the current situation of a company’s plastic recycling granulation line from three aspects: plane layout,production operation plan and labor organization and management of the production line.It is found that there are some problems in the production line of a company,such as unreasonable layout of facilities,lack of flexibility in production planning and backward organization and management concept,which restrict the development of company A.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some solutions and suggestions based on the relevant knowledge of lean management theory.Firstly,aiming at the facility layout problem,this paper adopts the combination of SLP layout method and value flow diagram analysis technology to analyze and improve the relationship among logistics,non logistics and value flow of the water line,and then proposes a new facility improvement scheme based on this;secondly,production According to the actual situation of a company,this paper adopts the rolling plan making method,which provides a new idea for the production planning of a company,and also greatly improves the flexibility of the production plan.Finally,aiming at the management problems of the labor organization of a company,starting from the principle of "people-oriented" as the core of enterprise management,through the lean theory The working research method of the system optimizes the labor organization on the assembly line,formulates the production safety rules,and improves the safety of the production operation and the overall production efficiency.
