In recent years,the level of urbanization has been improving and urban solid waste has been increasing rapidly,which has seriously affected the urban face of our country.Urban solid waste management has become the focus of social environment management.However,with the increasing number of college students and the change of college students’ living conditions caused by campus lockdown,the daily output of campus garbage has also increased sharply,which has caused great pressure on the garbage disposal capacity of campus garbage station and seriously damaged the campus environment.In this context,the reduction of campus waste,resource treatment is imperative.The private nature of the campus garbage station determines that the primary goal of the garbage station operator is profit.How to improve the garbage disposal capacity of the campus garbage station and save the cost of garbage disposal is a big challenge.In this thesis,the campus garbage disposal station of Tianjin X University is taken as the research object,the balance optimization of production line is studied by combining lean production and industrial engineering methods,and the optimization of its garbage disposal line is systematically analyzed.Firstly,this thesis briefly describes the campus waste problem and the research status of balance optimization of production line at home and abroad,and introduces the theoretical knowledge and methods used in this thesis.Secondly,based on the theoretical knowledge of production line balance optimization and field investigation of campus garbage station,and the operation status of the garbage disposal line,storage,clearing route analysis.After measuring and analyzing the working time of the garbage disposal line and observing the working status of the field operators,it is found that there are problems in the garbage station,such as unbalanced production line,unreasonable plant layout,inadequate staff management level and non-standard 6S management.Then,the process analysis method and ECRS principle are used to optimize the existing problems: Based on the process analysis method,the production process was optimized by combining the ECRS principle and 5W1 H question method,the layout optimization method was used to reset the layout of garbage station,and the complex man-machine operation in the bottleneck process was adjusted.In addition,the personnel management related rules and regulations were formulated by combining the 6S field management knowledge,and the campus garbage collection route and time were formulated.In this thesis,the production line and supporting facilities of Tianjin X University campus garbage station were optimized to improve the balance of the production line and balance the operating load between stations.After optimization,the balance rate of the production line increased from 61.51% to 87.44%,the loss rate of the production line decreased from 38.49% to 12.56%,and the smoothness index decreased from 19.16 to 2.91,which reached an excellent production level.The total waste disposal time per square meter has been reduced from 233.44 s to 135.64 s,and the average daily waste disposal capacity has increased from 11 tons to 14 tons,greatly improving the waste disposal capacity and working efficiency,and reducing the cost of waste disposal.In addition,by establishing 6S management norms and planning campus garbage collection paths,the improvement of garbage treatment efficiency is guaranteed,and suggestions and safeguard measures are provided for subsequent continuous improvement.
