| With the increase of water injection and steam injection in Xinjiang oilfield,oil and heavy oil production in Xinjiang oilfield has produced a lot of oily sewage,which has become more and more important problem.The automation instrumentation and system of Xinjiang oilfield sewage treatment has many technical barriers for merging industrial automation and information technology,and is not suited to the requirements of digital oilfield.The oily wastewater treatment automation system mainly consists the automatic dosing control system,filter control system,sewage station data acquisition system and pump interlock control system.The communication protocol of automatic system is not uniform like the instrument,PLC,controller,PC monitoring control and so on,the data is not enough open and all kinds of functions are difficult to merge together.It is difficult to be upgraded or can not be upgraded.It makes many automated shutter Islands and restricts the digitization & Informatization of system to merge together.According to the present situation,this paper summarizes the characteristics of each control system through the investigation of the Xinjiang oilfield sewage automatic control system.The writer makes a comparative analysis.It used the characteristics of EPC and the Ke Qian 10 heavy oil sewage treatment station project.Through research and access to information,the writer analyzed and studied principle of the dosing control model,PPM dosing model,control of PH value model,feedforward cascade control model.This paper use Yokogawa CS3000 DCS control system to carry out hardware and software configuration of distributed control system(DCS)in the production process.Useing perfect complex calculation and control function of Yokogawa CS3000 DCS control system,with dosing control system theory and model,it made engineering funcations of the automatic control system to be realized. |
