| The production of petrochemical manufacturer increasingly poses risk to the safety production.The chemical manufacturers in highly-populated cit ies and towns can reduce safety and environmental r isk in 3manners such as local-renovation,relocation and even close-down.This dissertation analyzed the specific hazards existing in chemical plants from aspects of incident management and main accident impact arising from demolishment of chemical plant,and accidents like fire,poisoning,and falling from high place occurred during demolishment due to un-thorough purge to the old chemical plant,finalized safety construction plan and quant ified construction safety distance.In consideration of accident analysis of the actual cases,study on counter-measures of risk ranking control was carried out for main risks as result of demolishment of chemical plant.Those on-site issues confronted during the demolishment of chemical plant were summarized and addressed so as to create an effective safety management technology in regard to construction site of chemical plant demolishment.In combination with the existing issues in the process of demolishment of chemical plant,the relatively-advanced mathematical simulat ion means was applied to perfect the demolishment plan of chemical plants and developed corresponding safety management system and emergency response plan.The study was conducted on the basis of development trend of domestic oil-refining and safety issues during abandonment of old equipment and in combinat ion with actual condit ion of the ent ire demolishment of a petrochemical plant.The risk during the demolishment was analyzed in view of typical cases within the industry.With model calculation,the scope of impact can be defined;safety construction distance can be quantified;safety tier management regarding demolishment and construction for chemical plant can be determined.Risk analys is was qualitatively conducted with FTA;the degree of impac t on top event by the risk was qualitatively defined with AHP calculation method.As for those issues exposed during the demolishment of the old chemical plants,the special work risk concerned during the demolishment of chemical plant was summarized.After categorizing and combing the common safety issues arising out of same construction,control measures can be finalized and risk ranking control can be conducted,so that safety during the demolishment can be ensured.The study results of this dissertation is to perfect demolishment and construction plan and ensure safety construction,which has positive reference significance in preparing the constructioncontingency plan for high-risk work. |
