Power engineering construction safety risk control is an important part in the course of the construction of power engineering,under the situation that the external environment of power engineering construction is constantly complicated and the construction content is diversified,the problems of power engineering in construction safety risk control strategy and control mechanism are gradually highlighted,how to clarify the key influencing factors of construction safety risk control under the new situation,and constructing a rationalized construction safety risk control strategy have become a hot topic of current concern.The Jiangsu southern power grid has regional characteristics and influencing factors in the construction and management process,and faces complex problems,the construction difficulty and security risks of UHV power construction are often large.Therefore,it is of great significance for the construction safety of power grid infrastructure projects to study the construction safety risk control strategy and control mechanism by clarifying the key influencing factors of the construction safety risk of the ultra-high voltage delivery project of Baihetan(Jiangsu section).The Baihetan UHV Delivery Project(Jiangsu Section),as the highest-risk UHV Delivery Projectto date,will span complex high-speed railways,highways,power lines,navigable rivers and adjacent electrified lines,the whole construction process of the project presents the characteristics of engineering technical difficulty and high risks.In order to comprehensively solve the safety risks of deep foundation pit protection,high-altitude operations and super-conventional projects during the construction of UHV construction projects,the safety risk control strategy should be studied for the construction site of UHV transmission lines according to the actual site.Research and analysis of factors such as situation,operation content and working environment should be done to ensure that the project is carried out reasonably and orderly.Based on the actual situation of the UHV infrastructure project,this study combs the construction characteristics and key safety influencing factors of the Baihetan UHV delivery project(Jiangsu section),compares and analyzes the typical cases of UHV infrastructure construction safety risk management and control.It combines the requirements for safety risk management of power engineering construction,and constructs the key factor system of safety risk of Baihetan UHV delivery project to conducts safety risk assessment of Baihetan UHV delivery project and designs construction safety risk control strategy.We put forward feasible measures for construction safety management and control,and provide reasonable suggestions for the coordinated management of Baihetan UHV delivery project risk management and project construction to ensure the orderly development of power engineering construction.
