| With the construction of large-scale projects such as refinery,marine platform,power plant,docks,bridges,offshore wind power,the demand for large and heavy cargoes is increasing,and the importance of handling and transportation is becoming more and more prominent.Heavy cargoes are large in weight,large in size and irregular,a large part of them use water transport,and the loading and unloading operation of the terminal as one of the most important links of waterway transport,need enough attention.Due to the characteristics of the heavy cargo and the complexity of the terminal loading and unloading links,safety accidents continue to occur,therefore,the safety of heavy cargo handling operations should not be underestimated.By analyzing several different handling methods,this paper identifies the risk factors that exist in the course of operation,calculates the main risk factors by risk degree,and formulates basic preventive measures for the main risk factors in order to reduce safety accidents.Using the hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy analysis method to establish the main risk factor index set and safety evaluation model,applied to the engineering example for the comprehensive evaluation of safety loading and unloading operations,the safety evaluation results are obtained,and the operability,rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation model are verified,so as to serve the safety evaluation of other handling operations. |
