Safety Assessment And Countermeasures Research Of Multimodal Transport Of Bulk Cargo

The rapid development of China’s social economy and industrialization makes the consumption and transportation of bulk cargoes increase year by year,single mode of transportation can not meet the requirements of bulk cargo transportation,so multimodal transport has become an inevitable choice for bulk cargo transportation.In recent years,the State Council has attached great importance to the adjustment of transportation structure,a great development of multimodal transport of bulk cargo is being promoted from “Highway to railway” and “Highway to waterway”.In this context,how to ensure the safety of bulk cargoes in multimodal transport has become a new problem.The development of domestic multimodal transport system of bulk goods is not mature,the problem such as unreasonable transportation structure,poor facilities and equipment,poor connection between various modes of transportation,and low level of informatization are still widespread,these problems more or less affect the safety of bulk cargoes in transportation.So this thesis did a research for the safety of multimodal transport of bulk cargoes from these aspects,it mainly includes the following contents.(1)The literatures on how to home and abroad on how to improve the efficiency and safety of bulk cargo transportation and multimodal transport are summarized in first place.The development status and trend of multimodal transport of bulk cargo in China are analysed.And this thesis also analyzed the hidden danger of multimodal transport of bulk cargo in China.(2)The accident cases of various modes of transportation are selected for cause analysis.Extracting the influencing factors of multimodal transportation safety of bulk cargo as evaluation indexes,and the evaluation system is formed.Based on these,the safety evaluation model is established.Using AHP and mean square deviation method to solve the index weight.Then evaluating the safety of the selected object by using set pair analysis(SPA).Finally the evaluation results are analysed.(3)On the basis of the previous research,this thesis analysed the transportation risk from the aspects of personnel factors,equipment factors,cargo and environmental factors,and management factors.Then a series of feasible countermeasures including establishing a unified multimodal transport system for bulk cargo,strengthening the training and management of talents,strengthening the construction of information technology,and regulating the transportation market are put forward.
