Coal pyrolysis technology is one of the most effective ways to solve the energy security and environmental pressure in China.To realize the clean and resource utilization of waste plastics is also the key problem of waste plastics recycling.Waste plastics and coal have similar pyrolysis range.Waste plastics have higher H / C atomic ratio than coal.Co pyrolysis of coal and waste plastics can use the existing coal pyrolysis device to make use of waste plastics,and improve the H / C atomic ratio of coal pyrolysis tar and improve the quality of tar.In this paper,the effects of pyrolysis temperature on the pyrolysis and co pyrolysis of hesgewula lignite were studied by using LDPE and PET in fixed bed pyrolysis apparatus and Py-GC-MS respectively.The main contents of this thesis are as follows(1)The pyrolysis and co pyrolysis of hesguulan lignite,LDPE,PET were studied from the perspective of volatilization by thermogravimetry and TG-MS.The pyrolysis temperature range of hesguulan lignite,LDPE and pet was obtained by thermogravimetry,which were300℃-700℃,400℃-600℃ and 375℃-600℃ respectively.The results show that the activation energy of hesguula lignite,LDPE and pet are 65-908 k J/mol,40-85 k J/mol and60-170 k J/mol respectively.TG-MS results showed that LDPE and hydrogen mixed with coal precipitated at 700℃,while other gases mainly precipitated at 475℃.PET and hydrogen mixed with coal precipitate at 700℃,and other gases precipitate at about 400℃.(2)The pyrolysis and co pyrolysis experiments of hesguulan coal,LDPE,PET and pyrolyzed were carried out in a fixed bed pyrolysis device.The effects of temperature on the distribution and composition of pyrolytic and co pyrolysis products were investigated.The results show that the tar yield decreases first and then increases,the semi coke yield decreases and the gas yield increases gradually in the pyrolysis experiment of hesguula lignite;The results showed that the yield of semi coke decreased,tar yield increased first and then decreased,and gas yield increased gradually;In the pyrolysis experiment of PET,the yield of semi coke and tar decreased gradually,and the gas yield increased gradually.When the PET mass fraction is 20wt%,the tar yield is 16.63wt% at 530℃,which is 1.35wt% higher than the calculated value.When the mass fraction of LDPE is 20wt%,the maximum value of pyrolytic of hesguulan lignite and LDPE is 26.61wt% at 560℃,which is 2.04wt% higher than the calculated value and higher than 16.63wt%.The results of tar analysis showed that the addition of LDPE reduced the types of polar compounds,basic compounds,acid compounds and fatty compounds,and increased the content of aromatic compounds.The olefin proportion of aliphatic component increased from 33.96% to 37.29%.The content of aromatic component increased by about 0.38%;The proportion of acid group decreased by 31.36%;The basic group decreased by 21.12%.The proportion of polar group decreased by 24.97%.(3)The effects of rapid heating on the composition of pyrolytic and co pyrolysis products were studied by Py-GC-MS.The results show that the proportion of fat and aromatic in tar decreases obviously compared with the fixed bed pyrolysis experiment...
