In order to realize the sustainable development of the economy,the development of all countries in the world must solve the two major problems of energy and environmental protection.With the continuous progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the living standard,the production and application of plastic products have increased rapidly,which has cause serious white pollution to the environment,but the waste plastics in living garbage are also a potential resource.Therefore,the technology of plastic garbage pyrolysis can not only develop new energy,but also protect the environment.In the situation of the increasing demand for oil import and the shortage of energy,the high value recycling technology of waste plastics is particularly important.Compared with other waste plastics treatment methods,the method of plastic pyrolysis has the advantages of protecting the environment and producing economic benefits.So the research of this subject has a broad application prospects.This topic first elaborated the traditional waste plastic pyrolysis processing technology,and on this basis,proposed a new pyrolysis method of waste plastics,which through electromagnetic induction heating,waste plastics shift into pyrolysis oil and combustible gas.Based on the advantages of induction heating and the limitations of various pyrolysis devices,a set of induction heating and pyrolysis equipment for continuous pyrolysis of waste plastics has been designed in this project.Based on the electromagnetic induction and the influence factors of vortex in the pyrolysis of plastics,combined with the existing experimental equipment design experience,the equipment adopts tubular structure,and the design scheme is determined by a screw feeding,stirring,intermittent spiral induction coil combined heating.In order to simulate the designed plastic pyrolysis reactor of the electromagnetic field distribution and temperature distribution,This topic using Maxwell and workbench software to conduct electromagnetic thermal coupling,according to the characteristics of electromagnetic induction heating and the theory of electromagnetic heating.According to the simulation results,the structure of pyrolysis reactor can be Improved,the heat transfer efficiency and the effect of temperature distribution were also optimized.The experiment results of plastic pyrolysis shows that the pyrolysis equipment has a lot of advantages,such as the high efficiency of continuous pyrolysis,easy control,high degree of automation,good pyrolysis effect,energy saving and environmental protection etc.The related design and research of this subject provide a reference for further improvement of the induction cracking equipment.
