| Scientific evaluation of land ecological value and exploration of its temporal and spatial distribution and influencing factors can not only provide a reference for future regional eco-economic development and land use planning, but also provide a basis for inter regional ecological compensation and green GDP assessment. Therefore, this paper takes Fujian Province as the research area, and uses the land use grid data from 2000 to 2018 to study the land use situation in Fujian Province from three aspects: the general situation of land resources, the overall characteristics of land use and the change of land use structure. Then, the land types in Fujian Province are divided into construction land and non construction land.Based on the "ecological value equivalent table per unit area of China’s ecosystem" and considering the impact of traffic on the ecological value of land, the value equivalent table is revised by introducing accessibility adjustment factors, and the temporal and spatial evolution law of the ecological value of land in Fujian Province and its nine subordinate cities is analyzed quantitatively.Furthermore, using the expanded STIRPAT model and the panel data of the cities in Fujian Province from 2007 to 2018,this paper empirically studies the main influencing factors of land ecological value change. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2000 to 2018,all kinds of land in Fujian Province showed the evolution law of "three increases and three decreases",that is,construction land, water area and unused land showed an increase trend, while cultivated land, forest land and grassland showed a decrease trend. The structure of land use is stable and orderly, but it is not conducive to the development of high-quality economy.(2)From 2000 to 2018,the ecological value of land in Fujian Province showed an upward trend.Among them, the ecological value of land decreased from 2000 to 2010;however,with the rational use of ecological land, the ecological value of land increased year by year from 2010 to 2018.(3)In terms of structure, the composition of land ecological value in Fujian is relatively stable, and the proportion of forest land ecological value is the largest, followed by grassland, water area, cultivated land, construction land and unused land. From the perspective of spatial distribution, the ecological value of land in Fujian Province has spatial correlation. The high value areas are mostly distributed in the southwest, while the low value areas are mostly distributed in the southeast, which shows that the ecological value in the south is slightly higher than that in the north.(4)Population,wealth level, industrialization level, urbanization level, urban environment and technology level are all important factors affecting the ecological value of land in Fujian Province.Among them, the urban environment and wealth level have a positive impact, the other four factors have a negative impact on the ecological value of land, and the ecological value of land has the most obvious response to the level of urbanization and industrialization. Finally, based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward six relevant policy recommendations, which can provide decision-making reference for promoting the rational use of land and the coordinated development of economy in Fujian Province. |
