Urban environmental infrastructure is an important support for urban development.It can protect and improve the urban ecological environment and human settlements,and realize the green and sustainable development of the city.In recent years,Tianjin has continuously invested funds in the construction of urban environmental infrastructure.Although the expansion of urban environmental infrastructure has achieved some results in environmental protection,there is still much room for improvement.Through combing the relevant literature,it is found that the research on the benefits of the environmental basic system has achieved certain results,but it mainly focuses on the research of a single environmental infrastructure,and its systematic research still needs to be analyzed in depth.On the basis of the predecessors,this paper introduces system theory to conduct a theoretical analysis of the system and component composition of the urban environmental infrastructure system,and explains the interaction between the internal environmental infrastructure system,the environmental infrastructure system and its external influencing factors.On the basis of system analysis,a research model for building environmental infrastructure system benefits is proposed from a macro level,and system dynamics methods are used to study how to improve urban environmental infrastructure system benefits.An empirical study was carried out for Tianjin,which verified the rationality of the system dynamics method in studying the system benefits of environmental infrastructure.The main contributions of this research are:(1)Based on the system theory,it deeply analyzes the composition of the environmental infrastructure system,explains the mechanism of the environmental infrastructure system,and enriches the connotation of the benefits of the environmental infrastructure system.(2)Sort out the benefits of urban environmental infrastructure,analyze the environmental infrastructure system benefits that this article focuses on,and what are the factors that affect the environmental infrastructure system benefits,use the system dynamics model to build a research model of environmental infrastructure system benefits,And verify the rationality and feasibility of the model through Tianjin data;(3)Conduct a quantitative study on the benefits of Tianjin’s environmental infrastructure system from 2009 to 2018,and assume different scenarios to simulate the future development of Tianjin’s urban environmental infrastructure system benefits Trends,and make corresponding strategic choices on how to improve the benefits of environmental infrastructure systems.The conclusions of the study found that: from2021 to 2030,adhere to energy conservation and emission reduction,and reduce nitrogen oxide emissions by an average of 38,998.18 tons per year;continue to increase investment in environmental infrastructure,increase the solid waste treatment rate by an average of0.9%,and the wastewater treatment rate by an average of 13.2%.The rate of green space in the district increased by 17.8% on average;the investment ratio of wastewater treatment facilities was increased,and the benefits of environmental infrastructure increased by 0.13 on average;the increase in science and technology investment reduced sulfur dioxide emissions by an average of 20197.58 tons.
