| In recent years, with the rapid growth of the national economy, the demand for the development of mineral resources has been increasing, and the development of mineral resources has brought about numerous environmental problems, which have caused serious impacts on people’s production and life.In particular, the current non-ferrous metal mining and smelting caused by heavy metal pollution environmental disasters continue to increase.Heavy metal pollution of the environment by mining activities has caused serious concern.Therefor the urgent need for a green development model based on environmental issues. This paper takes the characteristics of heavy metal emissions from antimony mining enterprises as the entry point, analyzes the main environmental problems brought about by the development process of antimony mines, the main aspects of heavy metal emissions and the factors affecting heavy metal emissions, and constructs a set of green development index system and evaluation methods for heavy metal emissions from antimony mining enterprises in each link of "mining, processing and smelting",which provides strong support for the green development practice of antimony mining enterprises.First of all,it is clear that the heavy metals emitted by antimony mining enterprises in the "mining, beneficiation and smelting" process are mainly antimony and arsenic. The factors affecting the emission of heavy metals in the mining process are the storage volume of antimony ore and the transportation environment in the mining process;the factors affecting the emission of heavy metals in the beneficiation process are the process flow of beneficiation, the generation of beneficiation dust, and the piling of tailings;the factors affecting the emission of heavy metals in the smelting process are the incomplete collection of air and wastewater containing heavy metals, and the improper collection of solid waste.Secondly,a set of heavy metal emission green development evaluation index system for antimony mining enterprises with scientific and rational nature was established, the weights of the indexes in the element layer and index layer were determined, and the evaluation criteria and evaluation model were given, which provided a theoretical basis for the heavy metal emission green development of antimony mining enterprises. The index system evaluates the green development level of heavy metal emission of antimony mining enterprises from four aspects: resource recycling degree, pollutant emission level, recycling degree, resource development and utilization level, including eight specific indicators: water recycling rate, comprehensive utilization of tailings, comprehensive utilization of waste rock, ore dressing recovery rate, utilization rate of co-associated resources, industrial wastewater emission rate, solid emission rate, exhaust gas emission rate,etc..Finally,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the green development of heavy metal emission of antimony mining enterprises was constructed, and a comprehensive evaluation was conducted from four major aspects and eight minor aspects to quantitatively analyze the green development level of heavy metal emission of antimony mining enterprises, taking an antimony mining enterprise as an example. The results show that the green evaluation conclusion is basically consistent with the actual development of the antimony mining enterprise, which confirms that the green development evaluation index has certain scientific city and feasibility. |
