For a long time,in China’s energy production and consumption structure,coal has been the dominant position,coal combustion produces a large number of flue gas containing SO2and NOx.How to improve the treatment technology of SO2-containing flue gas discharged from coal-fired power plants has become an important topic of concern in environmental protection work.At present,the most commonly used wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization technology in coal-fired power plants,but the excessive mining of limestone-gypsum destroys the ecological environment and increases the cost of desulfurization.White mud is alkaline waste residue produced by pulp production in papermaking enterprises.A large amount of white mud accumulates and fills up,resulting in waste of land resources and secondary environmental pollution.Therefore,the application of white mud to flue gas desulfurization not only reduces the environmental pollution caused by white mud,but also reduces the cost of desulfurization,and can achieve the effect of"treating waste with waste"and comprehensive utilization of resources.This paper takes guangxi laibin power plant new white clay mixing desulfurizer preparation and transportation equipment as the research object,in coal-fired power plant flue gas desulfurization system operation and environmental protection standards as the basis,from the scene implementing scheme optimization research,power system and technical requirements,power system matching research of the improved effect on quality of by-product in the research,the economic benefits of power system improved studies four aspects,research to develop improved white clay mixing desulfurizer preparation and the overall scheme of the power transmission system,based on the improved white clay mixing desulfurizer power delivery systems and process requirement matching study,It is verified that the improved white mud mixed desulfurizer preparation and power conveying equipment can meet the needs of industrial practice completely,and has no effect on the quality of desulfurization gypsum by product.At the same time,the economy of the new white mud mixture desulfurizer after application is calculated.It can save 24.1 million yuan in limestone powder procurement costs every year.At the same time,it can save about 10 million yuan in landfill disposal costs for white mud for paper-making companies in the laibin area.On the basis of ensuring the standard SO2discharge of thermal power plant,the secondary pollution of soil and groundwater caused by the landfill of white mud residue in papermaking enterprises is solved,and the production cost of thermal power plant is saved.Through the bidirectional treatment of white mud and SO2,the purpose of comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste resources was realized,and the effect of"treating waste with waste"was achieved.It has brought outstanding social benefits.There are 14 figures,21 tables and 85 references in this paper.
