| The classification management of MSW in whole process is an effective way to enhance the level of MSW management and improve the quality of urban environmental health.With the mandatory implementation of source classification policy,the requirements for location of classified waste collection and treatment facilities have also been rising.To address the problems of current MSW management system,this paper conducts a study on the location of MSW collection and treatment facilities under the source separation scenario.This paper introduces the hierarchical facilities location model into the MSW collection and transportation system from the structural characteristics of the collection and transportation system in megacities under ource separation scenario,combining the externality theory in environmental economics,developed a multi-objective hierarchical MSW collection and transportation system location model,which based on the total system cost and negative effects as the optimization objectives.The model is capable of simulating the collection and transportation system of secondary and below,and making decisions on the site selection of waste collection and transportation treatment facilities,waste flow distribution and treatment process selection simultaneously according to the input parameters.In addition,according to the practical problems from waste collection and treatment system location planning,three extended functional modules are designed for existing facilities modification,node sorting and zonal collection and transportation to further expand the scope of application of the model.In this paper,the constructed model is applied to the main urban area of Chongqing for empirical study.Firstly,a simulation of the MSW collection and treatment system under the ideal scenario is carried out based on the actual data of Chongqing city.The results show that the total cost of system is 1.07 million Yuan/day as 47.3% MSW recycling rat,with an expenditure of 379 Yuan/ton per ton of waste and a gain of 335Yuan/ton from waste treatment.Subsequently,the current facility layout in the main urban area of Chongqing is introduced,the presence of the existing facilities has a large impact on the system layout.Finally,specialized sorting nodes are introduced at the secondary waste transfer stations.The simulation results show that the introduction of nodal sorting does not require major adjustments.Compared with the waste transfer station only compression,the waste transfer station with sorting function improves the economic and environmental benefits of the system.The research results show that the layout model of MSW collection and treatment system based on the classification scenario constructed in this paper has good applicability.It can provide some reference for the location planning of the collection and treatment system under the waste classification scenario in China. |
