| Accidents Green development is the core of the national economic and social development,high quality factor and intrinsic request,is put forward in the continuous development of economic growth in the practice of the development of innovative ideas,scientific and technological innovation is to promote scientific and technological progress of endogenous power,is the core of the innovation drive and promote the development of high quality,have the effect of lead and support the green development,science and technology innovation and green development both influence each other,make progress together,with complex interactive relationship and the coordinated development of internal demand.Therefore,the coupling and coordination between scientific and technological innovation and green development is of great significance.In this paper,the concept of science and technology innovation and green development and their coupling coordination mechanism are clarified through literature analysis.To "build-the coupling coordination model coupling coordination level measure-coupling coordination factors affecting research" for ideas,in constructing the coupling coordination,on the basis of the evaluation index system,based on coupling coordination degree model to measure China’s 30 provinces and cities in 2006-2017 coupling coordination level of the development of science and technology innovation and green,and expand the space and time analysis,focus on the characteristics of the spatial correlation;Finally,using the obstacle degree model and the spatial econometric model,the paper carries out an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of the internal elements and external environment elements of the index system respectively,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the overall coordinated development.The results show that: 1)the level of coupling coordination between scientific and technological innovation and green development in China shows a steady development trend.But there are significant regional differences.The coordination between scientific and technological innovation and green development in the eastern region is relatively high and the development process is relatively fast,while the coordinated development in the western region is poor.To be specific,Beijing,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai have always been at the leading level and are the first to enter the stage of good coordination.Ten provinces,such as Shanxi and Inner Mongolia,have been in a moderate imbalance,showing a spatial pattern of "high in the east,flat in the middle and low in the west".From the perspective of spatial correlation characteristics,the coupling coordination value of science and technology innovation and green development has a significant spatial positive correlation,forming obvious agglomeration areas of high value and low value across the country,and the phenomenon of high value aggregation and low value collapse is clear.2)The results of the obstacle degree model show that the innovation output,ecological environment and innovation foundation are the main factors hindering coordinated development.Specifically,the proportion of the total wetland area in the land area,the transaction amount of technology market and the expenditure of new product development are the main obstacles.The results of spatial Dupin model show that human capital,urbanization,foreign investment(FDI),financial development and economic development all have positive effects on the coupling and coordination of regional scientific and technological innovation and green development,and FDI has obvious spatial spillover effect. |
