How To Solve The Stubborn Pollution Problem Of The Ecological County

With the rapid development of society and economy,people’s spiritual and cultural needs have become increasingly prominent.A number of cities named by the country as the practice and innovation bases of "Clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver" are attracting high attention from the society and the public.However,today,in the implementation of the concept of high-quality development,the author found that such ecologically-civilized cities recognized by the country and the local government attaches great importance to its ecological protection,are still exist stubborn pollution problems that are difficult to solve.Based on the ecological environmental management of J county,for example,using the methods such as interview and field research to review the whole course of events,and applying the knowledge of The New Public Service Theory and Multiple Co-governance Theory to analyze the pollution treatment under the "hat" of ecologically-civilized county.What’s more,analyze the conflict and its performance and reasons of the government management,and explore how to change the way of management from unified governance to multi-governance.The author hopes that the study of this case can provide reference for the modernization of the capacity of the current government’s environmental management and the improvement of people’s happiness.
