Analysis On The Impact Of Ecological Environment Management On The Economic Development Of Jiangxi Province

Since the reform and opening up,my country has completed the industrialization process of developed countries for more than two hundred years in the past 40 years.However,as a result,compared with other developed countries,my country’s ecological and environmental problems have been superimposed and compounded,and governance difficulties have escalated.Jiangxi Province began to pay attention to the governance of the ecological environment at the end of the 20 th century,and Put forward a lot of strategies on ecological environment governance,such as the "mountain rivers and lakes" project,the construction of Poyang Lake ecological economic zone,and the ecological civilization pioneering demonstration area construction.Therefore,studying the impact of ecological environment governance on the economic development of Jiangxi Province has important practical significance.This paper takes 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province as the research objects.First of all,it reviewes the development process of ecological environment management in Jiangxi Province,Briefly introduced the main measures and achievements of Jiangxi Province’s ecological environment management,and presents a analysis of the current economic development status of 11 cities in Jiangxi in six aspects.Then put forward hypotheses about the impact of ecological environment governance on economic development.Then build the evaluation index system of ecological environment management in Jiangxi Province,and use the entropy method to calculate the weight of each index in the evaluation index system of ecological environment governance in Jiangxi Province.The calculated weights are used to further obtain the ecological environment governance level of 11 cities in Jiangxi from 2006 to 2019.At last,based on panel data of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province from 2006 to 2019,research on the impact of ecological environmental governance on economic development by introducing ecological factors into the production function model.The main research conclusions are:(1)The spatial pattern of ecological environment governance scores of "high in the south and low in the north" of each city in Jiangxi Province is obvious;(2)The level of ecological environment governance in various cities in Jiangxi Province has kept fluctuating and rising;(3)Ecological environmental governance and economic development are related,and ecological environmental governance has a promoting effect on economic development.it makes policy recommendations for promoting the coordinated development of ecology and economy in Jiangxi Province and promoting high-quality and healthy economic development.
