| In recent years,with the continuous expansion of urban scale,buildings in major cities are faced with problems such as renovation,decoration,renovation and expansion,etc.The gradual expansion of the volume of construction waste poses a major challenge to the sustainable development of the construction industry.A large amount of demolition and decoration waste has brought numerous adverse impacts on the ecological environment.Relying on the national key project of "green building and construction industrialization",this paper,starting from the monitoring index,puts forward the monitoring index of demolition and decoration waste generation and landfill disposal stage,and analyzes the pollution characteristics of demolition and decoration waste through sampling of different urban demonstration projects.Three evaluation methods were used to evaluate the pollution degree of heavy metals in the waste samples of demolition and decoration.The results showed that the decoration waste and demolition waste samples were generally moderately polluted,with strong pollution of heavy metals Hg and Cd.The results of multivariate statistical analysis of heavy metals show that there is a significant positive correlation between heavy metals Cd and Hg,and there is a significant positive correlation between heavy metals Pb and Cu,Zn and Ni.The heavy metals Zn,Hg,Cu and Ni in the decoration waste are grouped As one type,Cd and Cr are grouped As one type,Pb and As are grouped As one type;The heavy metals Cu,Ni,As,Pb,Zn,Cr,Cd and Hg in the dismantled waste are grouped into one class,and Pb,Zn,Cr and Cd are grouped into one class.The analysis results show that the organic matter removal and decorate less garbage contaminated degree,part of the organic pollutants is not detected,main pollutants for petroleum hydrocarbon,may be associated with the construction machine,and only the only sample checked out a lot of value,also exist in human factors interference,serious pollution or special purpose for the source can be appropriately reduce the organic pollutants monitoring frequency.The results of leaching toxicity analysis showed that both demolition and decoration refuse belonged to general wastes with low pollution degree and did not exceed the standard limit of hazardous waste leaching toxicity.According to two different leaching toxicity methods,the leaching effect of heavy metals Cu,Zn and Cd under weak acidic conditions is better and the leaching degree is higher.The heavy metals Pb,Cu,Cr and As are easier to be leached under strong acidic conditions.At the same time,the pollution characteristics of recycled aggregate were analyzed,and it was found that the pollution degree was closely related to its source.Although most of the demolition and decoration waste existed in the form of mixed waste before crushing treatment,the analysis of the test results showed that the recycled aggregate made from mixed waste had little impact on the surrounding environment.The on-site monitoring method of demolition and decoration waste was put forward,and the relationship between the test results and the content of elements was explored through different methods.The results show that,with the increase of the detection time,the detection values are in a stable state after 360 s,and the error values of all samples are in a downward trend,and the accuracy of the characteristic elements of heavy metals is significantly improved.The elements that have not been detected for a short time can be detected after the detection time is extended,and the content of heavy metal elements detected is relatively stable.The test data may be different among different instruments,which is related to the operation method,instrument model,sample status,etc.Article put forward to dismantle and decoration waste monitoring management system,and studies the domestic monitoring and control method of development and the current situation and problems of the related standard summarizes the influence factors and problems of monitoring and control.By improving the monitoring and management system,it is beneficial to promote the development of green building in China.75figures,36 tables,107 references. |
