The coordinated development of regional ecological environment is a new form under the goal of ecological civilization construction in the new normal period.As the leading area of China’s coordinated development and reform,can Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei gradually resolve the contradiction between the healthy and rapid social and economic development and the overload of resources and environment,and realize Beijing-Tianjin The coordinated development of the ecological environment in the Hebei region is a major issue that needs to be solved urgently.In this context,ecological welfare performance as an effective measure of economic and ecological environmental green development can evaluate the ability of urban ecological resource consumption to transform into social welfare.Therefore,by constructing an evaluation system that combines economic,social,and ecological environment,this thesis conducts a scientific evaluation of the ecological welfare performance of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cities,and analyzes the spatial effects of factors that affect the performance of ecological welfare,in order to promote the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei The high-quality development of the city provides suggestions for reference.This study adopts the entropy method-DEA method,and selects the Super-SBM model considering slack variables to measure the ecological welfare performance of 13 cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2005 to 2017.The performance values are carried out from the static time series evolution and the dynamic evolution respectively.Evaluation and analysis;combined with exploratory data analysis methods,explore the spatial pattern distribution of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban ecological welfare performance value and analyze the spatial correlation;finally,according to the spatial measurement theory,take the ecological welfare performance as the explained variable,and take the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region The level of economic development,industrial structure,technological progress,urban greening,economic extroversion,urban innovation,environmental regulation,and financial development are used as core explanatory variables.The spatial Dubin model with fixed time effects is used to expand the impact on the performance of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei ecological welfare Factor research.The main conclusions are: overall,the urban ecological welfare performance of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is relatively less effective,but the ecological welfare performance of most cities fluctuates during the sample period,and the difference in ecological welfare performance between cities is constantly shrinking;ESDA analysis found that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei ecological welfare performance has significant spatial autocorrelation,and the spatial pattern mainly presents "high-high,low-low" agglomeration characteristics;the spatial Dubin model of influencing factors shows that the city’s innovation and technological progress have an effect on improving the city’s ecology The positive effect of welfare performance is obvious,while the industrial structure,urban greening,economic extroversion,financial development and economic development level inhibit the improvement of ecological welfare performance,and urban greening and financial development have positive spatial spillover effects on surrounding cities,Technological progress has produced a negative spatial spillover effect on surrounding cities.Finally,according to the analysis of specific influencing factors,countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei ecological welfare are put forward. |
