Research On Dust Inducement And Treatment Measures Of Yangzhou Urban Expressway Construction Based On EFA-SEM Method

In recent years,the scale of urban municipal infrastructure construction in China has been in a rapid growth stage,but at the same time,the dust problem during the construction of urban expressway is very serious.Due to the existence of long-term extensive construction management,unsound construction standards,and imperfect construction technology,the dust control during the construction of urban expressway is confronted with severe challenges.In addition,although relevant departments have taken many technologies and measures to carry out corresponding technical control actions,in order to save costs and other considerations,construction enterprises and relevant personnel often adopt temporary"whitewash" construction dust control effect,which ultimately leads to unsatisfactory construction dust control of urban expressway.Therefore,it is urgent to make a deep analysis on the generation mechanism and treatment measures of dust during construction of urban expressway.Therefore,based on the existing research literature,this study condenses and extracts 27 observation factors of construction dust triggers and 13 observation indexes of construction dust control and promotion measures for urban expressway construction.Then,based on the specific project case of urban expressway construction in Yangzhou City,the data of relevant organizational personnel about construction dust control are acquired by questionnaire.According to the principal component analysis in exploratory factor analysis,the observation factors of 27 urban expressway construction dust causes are summarized into 6 factors,namely,improper use of dust-proof technical facilities,and Defects in management and system,conflicts and dilemmas faced by target management,weak awareness of governance responsibility,imperfect assessment and control system,and objective obstacles to the characteristics of project construction;The 13 observation indexes of construction dust control measures are summarized as 4 factors,i.e.improving construction methods and treatment means,improving and strengthening system,strengthening publicity,education and training in various forms,and establishing and improving reward and punishment mechanism.On this basis,PLS-SEM is used to explore the main causes of construction dust and effective measures and implementation path to control construction dust.The research results show that the improper use of dust-proof technical facilities,management and system defects are the most important factors leading to construction dust-raising in urban expressway construction.The most important measure to control dust-raising in urban expressway construction is to improve construction methods and treatment methods so as to ensure the implementation of technical means for dust-raising monitoring and control in construction.The research can draw the following enlightenments:the dust emission control of urban expressway construction should be comprehensively controlled and multi-pronged,and at the same time,all influencing factors should be prevented and cured so as to reduce the dust emission of urban expressway construction fundamentally;Among the many ways to control the construction dust of urban expressway,the most important measure is to control the construction dust of urban expressway in terms of improving the construction methods and means.For example,assembly and other advanced construction methods can be vigorously promoted,practical and economical dust control technical measures and equipment can be actively adopted.Formulate dust control scheme and incorporate into construction organization design.
