| Using animal manure and poultry to develop new sheep manure compound microbial fertilizer s can not only alleviate environmental pollution,but also provide high-quality agricultural inputs for improving the soil micro-ecological environment.In this study,a new type of sheep manure compound microbial fertilizer product was developed,using sheep manure compost,acid-hydrolysed solution of full-rate amino acids,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR9,and Trichoderma harzianum NJAU4742 as raw materials;the preservation conditions and biological effects of this product were all investigated.The main results obtained are listed below:1.Two kinds of sheep manure compound microbial fertilizer s were developed based on the inoculum size of two functional microbial agents(SQR9 and NJAU4742).SQR9 inoculated spore count 9× 108 CFU/g,Trichoderma harzianum inoculated spore count 2×108 CFU/g),product 2(SQR9 inoculated spore count 5×108 CFU/g,Trichoderma harzianum inoculated spore count 3× 108 CFU/g).During the shelf life,the population of viable microbial cells of both products is more than 107 CFU/g,which is up to the Standard of sheep manure compound microbial fertilizer s enacted by Ministry of Agriculture(NY/T 798-2015).2.Water content affects the number of functional microbes in the product during the shelf life.Within the water content range that meets NY/T 798-2015,activity of the beneficial microbes decreased as the water content increased.The highest functional microbial activity during the shelf life was recovered from the product 1 with a water content of 23%,followed by those has a water content of 26%and 29%,respectively.3.Storage temperature also affect the population of functional microbes in the product.Room temperature of 15-20℃ benefits the preservation of the functional microbes in the sheep manure compound microbial fertilizer product with a water content of 29%(strains NJAU4742 has the highest number of effective live bacteria within six months,and SQR9 effective live bacteria count is three months after highest).4.In the field experiments,application of the new sheep manure compound microbial fertilizer can significantly improve the biological characteristics of tomatoe and increase the yield:increased the yield by 403.9-676.3kg/mu,136.4-176.4 kg/mu,and 59.5-130.4 kg/mu as compared with treatments of no fertilization,chemical fertilizer,and sheep manure compost,respectively;the increased rates were 17.7-46.43%,5.4-9.5%,and 2.9-5.1%,respectively);significantly increased fruit Vc content,protein and soluble sugar content,and significantly reduced the fruit nitrate content;it significantly increased the population of soil bacteria,fungi,and actinomycetes,and reduced the number of Fusarium oxysporum,therefore optimized the soil culturable microbial flora;it also increased the content of soil alkaline nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium.To summarize,a novel sheep manure compound microbial fertilizer product is developed here using sheep manure compost,acid-hydrolysed solution of full-rate amino acids,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR9,and Trichoderma harzianum NJAU4742 as raw materials,which is up to the Standard of NY/T 798-2015. |
