| The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the concept of a community of life in the mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grasses,which changed the previous view of single-element renovation and restoration.Ecological protection and restoration of territorial space is an important measure to realize the integrity and connectivity of territorial space elements.Effective identification of key areas of territorial space ecological protection and restoration is a prerequisite for the development of territorial space ecological protection and restoration.The ecological security pattern is a regional ecological network constructed on the premise of the integrity and connectivity of the territorial spatial elements,which is of great significance to maintaining regional ecological security.The current ecological security pattern has formed a general paradigm of ecological sourceresistance surface-ecological corridor.Based on the goal-oriented and ecological security pattern theory,this paper constructs the source-corridor system,and completes the national territory on this basis.The identification of key areas of space ecological protection and restoration,and the proposed types,functions,and restoration control countermeasures of key areas,provide preconditions for the development of land space ecological protection and restoration.Therefore,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The basic evaluation of territorial space elements is the basis for the identification of key areas of territorial space ecological protection and restoration.The classification of land space includes ecological space,agricultural space and urban space.According to the meaning of each space and the background of ecological protection and restoration of land space,the elements of ecological space need to be evaluated include mineral resources,water resources,forest resources,grassland resources and wetland resources,etc.Natural ecological resources;the elements to be evaluated for agricultural space include cultivated land,garden land,and rural construction land;the elements to be evaluated for urban space include urban construction land,industrial land,and vacant land.(2)The identification of ecological sources combined with the regional ecological element map and the ecological protection red line after evaluation and adjustment can make the identified ecological source more in line with the actual situation of the region.In addition to the evaluation of ecological importance and the evaluation of ecological disturbance,the construction of ecological source area also combines ecological elements such as forest land,grassland,wetland,park green space and river water surface of more than 10 hectares in the area.The ecological protection red line after evaluation and adjustment is incorporated into the ecological source as an absolute element,thus ensuring the comprehensiveness and integrity of the ecological source.(3)Based on the construction of the ecological security pattern of Zhenjiang City,combined with the actual situation of Zhenjiang City,13 core ecological corridors were selected according to the length of ecological corridors,the number of corridors connecting ecological sources,and the size of ecological sources.The length is 923.18 kilometers.Through combing the ecological sources and underlying surfaces along the corridors,the core ecological corridors are mainly distributed in mountainous forest areas with better vegetation coverage and large rivers,lakes and reservoirs.Divide the13 core corridors into main corridors,secondary corridors and general corridors,including 7 main corridors,3 secondary corridors,and 3 general corridors.(4)Based on the goal orientation,a total of four key areas for ecological protection and restoration of land and space are generated,namely,ecological protection area,ecological restoration area,ecological buffer area and ecological substrate reserve area.Among them,the area of ecological protection area is 553.52 square kilometers,which determines biodiversity,and strict protection and management control should be implemented;the area of ecological restoration area is451.36 square kilometers,which determines the ecological relevance,and it should be through agricultural land renovation and construction land Reclamation and other methods realize the connectivity of the elements;the area of the ecological buffer area is 327.90 square kilometers,which determines ecological resilience,so management control should be implemented on the basis of maintaining the status quo;the area of the ecological substrate reserve area is 158.25 square kilometers,which determines The possibility of ecological stock mining should improve the ecological service function and supply capacity of the elements in the region. |
