The construction of an ecological civilization constitutes a vital strategic initiative for the future development of China.As economic growth and urbanization processes accelerate,the intensity of territorial space development continues to increase,revealing conflicts between construction land,ecological space,and agricultural space.Consequently,research on the ecological restoration of territorial spaces has emerged as a crucial focus in the advancement of ecological civilization.The present study examines the case of Huanglong County,utilizing the construction of an ecological security pattern to identify key regions for territorial space ecological restoration,with the intention of providing a reference for the enhancement of ecological restoration on a county-wide scale.The research establishes an ecological security pattern construction method system on the basis of the natural ecological background of Huanglong County,evaluating the ecological significance of the study area and making necessary adjustments.The method system comprises four components: the identification of ecological source areas,the construction of resistance surfaces,the identification of ecological corridors,and the identification of ecologically significant nodes.Employing the minimum cumulative resistance model and circuit theory methods,the study utilizes the Arc GIS platform,Circuitscape software,and the Linkage Mapper module plugin to identify key landscape elements for the protection and restoration of territorial space ecology.Subsequently,corresponding measures and policy recommendations are proposed.The main conclusions of the research are as follows:(1)The ecological significance of Huanglong County is divided into five levels:unimportant,low importance,average,important,and highly important.The highly important areas account for 37.01% of the total area,or 1014.21 square kilometers,with continuous patches and relatively high ecological service function values.After incorporating ecological protection redlines and natural reserve areas,patches larger than 2 square kilometers are selected as ecological source areas.(2)Based on the construction paradigm of ecological security patterns,the following has been identified: 50 ecological source areas covering an area of 790.45 km~2,mainly consisting of forest land and primarily located in the central part of the county;128 ecological corridors,mainly distributed in the central and southern parts of the county,with a total length of 254.072km;32 ecological "pinch points" with land use types including forest land,arable land,garden land,and grassland,mainly located in the central part of the county and covering an area of3.0132 km~2;55 ecological barrier points with an area of 51.5403 km~2,and land use types including forest land,arable land,garden land,and construction land,mainly located in the central and southern parts of the county;and a total of 60 ecological breakpoints.(3)The comprehensive resistance values in Huanglong County range from 0.622 to 2.2955.The resistance values are higher in some areas of the southwestern and southeastern parts of the county,while the resistance values in the edge areas of the county are lower.The areas with high and low values are relatively small.By combining the land use type data of each region,it is found that the high and low resistance values are highly related to human activities,and slope and elevation are also the main influencing factors.(4)Based on the construction of ecological security patterns in Huanglong County and the identification of key ecological element regions,suggestions for the ecological protection and restoration measures of the territorial space in the study area are given from both micro and macro levels.On the micro level,feasible specific measures are proposed,while on the macro level,directional guidance is provided.This offers a relatively comprehensive reference for the ecological protection and restoration of the county’s territorial space,with the aim of promoting the construction of ecological civilization in the county.
