In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of social informatization,the efficiency of urbanization has been improved,but the ecological environment in many areas has been further deteriorated and has not been changed well.Therefore,the relevant departments need to take necessary measures to protect the environment on which people depend.Environmental emergency management system is an information management system launched and developed in recent years.It can manage the emergency events in environmental protection work,detect environmental indicators in sensitive areas with the help of Internet of things technology,and complete data analysis by computer system,so as to integrate environmental protection into daily management process,After the system deployment,it can also be well completed with fine and accurate management.However,the existing environmental protection emergency management system in the market has some problems such as imperfect function,incomplete coverage and backward construction.It is of positive significance to develop a functional environmental protection emergency management system.This thesis mainly completes the following work:1.The environmental emergency management system integrates GIS technology to provide instructions for environmental monitoring and pollution positioning.The system realizes the modules of enterprise information management,risk source management function,environmental source sensitive target management function,environmental emergency resource management function,environmental emergency event management function,system management function and so on.2.Considering the normalization requirements of environmental protection emergency management,this thesis establishes risk source database,basic information database and environmental monitoring database,which can manage environmental information and realize resource sharing and dynamic monitoring of environmental data.3.This thesis adopts MVC three-level development structure,with the help of B/S mode design,asp.net technology and object-oriented design process.After the design of each functional module of the system,it is tested by black-and-white box test method.Finally,the environmental protection emergency management system is designed to meet the needs of environmental protection organs for emergency management.
