The Guo river is located in the east of Ji County,Tianjin.It is the main source of water in Tianjin.It plays a multiple ecological role in flood control,drainage,landscape and conservation.In recent years,due to the rapid development of river basin economy,the quality of river water has deteriorated rapidly,and the concentration of nutrients in water has been increasing.Even more serious,Potamogeton potamogeri released a large number of inorganic nitrogen,such as the appropriate water temperature and temperature,created conditions for the growth of the algae in summer,and the risk of algal eruption is becoming more and more serious.At present,slight water bloom has occurred in the shallow water area of the North Bank of the estuary and several branch ports,and the possibility of large-scale eruption of water bloom is very large.It has threatened the normal water diversion of the Luanhe-Tianjin Aqueduct,which seriously affects the safety of urban water supply.Therefore,it is of great significance for improving the ecological status of the Guo River,improving the self purification capacity of the river and guaranteeing the stability of the urban ecosystem.Aiming at the problem of water pollution and ecological function degradation of the Guo River,this paper selects several river ecological health indicators,establishes the ecological health evaluation system of the Guo River,and uses the fuzzy variable model to make a comprehensive evaluation to determine the level of the health level of the Guo River,and puts forward the methods and techniques to improve the water environment of the river basin.The following is as follows:First,on the premise of studying the experience of river ecological management at home and abroad,through the field investigation and historical archives consulting,many basic data such as hydrology,topography and water quality of the Guo River are obtained,and the water ecological status and engineering information of the Guo River Basin are fully grasps.Secondly,according to the methods used by the relevant scholars to select the ecological health index of the river,combined with the existing data of the river,4 factors such as water ecological environment,riverbank morphology,riverbank status and social and economic factors are considered,and 9 independent evaluation indexes,such as annual runoff,water quality,river course section and river bank form,are selected to establish the Guo River Ecological health evaluation system.Then,using the fuzzy variable model for the selection of indicators to assess the health status of the Guo river,through the comparison between the present situation of the calculation results and the actual representation,determine the Guo river ecosystems at the pathological levels,come to the conclusion that need protection and ecological management.Finally,according to the health diagnosis conclusion,the functions of flood control,landscape beautifying and waterfront sightseeing are realized by the comprehensive control means of river water storage,estuarine constructed wetland and shoreline zone restoration,so as to achieve the purpose of ecological restoration of the water system,the restoration of biodiversity,hydrophilicity and the protection of water quality,so as to promote the protection of the water source and the city through the city.The development of the economy is coordinated.The fuzzy variable model constructed in this paper and the new technology,new technology,new materials and other engineering measures proposed in the ecological management plan can provide technical reference for the ecological management of other rivers.
