Study On Regional Differences And Influencing Factors Of Low-Carbon Agricultural Development In Anhui Province

Global warming has become a common concern of the international community.In all aspects of human life,the greatest impact on global warming is agricultural carbon emissions.The greenhouse gases caused by agricultural carbon emissions account for 1/3of all greenhouse gas emissions..Therefore,the development of low-carbon economy and low-carbon agriculture is an inevitable trend,in which agricultural carbon emission reduction is an important indicator for the development of low-carbon agriculture.This article first summarizes the current domestic and foreign data on low-carbon agriculture,and then defines the relevant concepts of low-carbon agriculture.It explains the concepts of agricultural carbon emissions,carbon sources,carbon sinks,and low-carbon agriculture,and selects the ecological economy.Theory,circular economy theory,sustainable development theory and agricultural multi-function theory are used as the theoretical basis of this article.Secondly,this paper analyzes the regional agricultural development in the north,middle and south of Anhui Province,uses the carbon emission estimation model to calculate the total agricultural carbon emissions in 16 urban areas of Anhui Province from 2005 to 2018,and analyzes the four aspects of efficiency factor,structure factor,economic factor and labor force factor through LMDI model.The results show that economic factors are the main factors that promote the growth of agricultural carbon emissions in the three regions of northern Anhui,central Anhui,and southern Anhui,and are the only agricultural carbon emissions growth in the central and southern Anhui region.efficiency factors have a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of agricultural carbon emissions;structural factors have a positive impact on the reduction of agricultural carbon emissions in northern Anhui,central Anhui,and southern Anhui,but the degree of impact is lower than efficiency factors;labor factors have an impact on Anhui Agricultural carbon emissions in the northern region play a positive role in promoting agricultural carbon emissions in the central and southern regions of Anhui.Then,this paper studies the different effects of agricultural carbon emissions caused by the influencing factors of agricultural carbon emissions in Anhui Province,respectively,through the stability test,cointegration analysis and Granger causality analysis test to ensure the accuracy of measurement,better for Anhui low-carbon agriculture Development proposes scientific measures.Finally,through the research on the development of low-carbon agriculture at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of Anhui Province,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed: increase resource utilization,upgrade low-carbon technologies;increase agricultural low-carbon levels,improve policy systems;and optimize agricultural structure To promote coordinated regional development;enhance the low-carbon concept of farmers and improve the professionalism of the labor force.
