With the rapid development and improvement of high-speed railway,the high speed railway integrated passenger transport hub has been considered to play an increasingly important role in the railway network.This kind of hub is usually connected with many means of transportation.Its architectural structure and function have to become more and more complex in order to meet the transfer needs of passengers.It has very large possibility to cause safety problems when passengers stay or cross in this complex environment of hub operation.Recently years,related studies have shown that the layout of facilities and equipment,which can be objectively controlled,is very closely related to passengers’ safety.Therefore,this paper takes it as the pointcut of safety state evaluation of high speed railway integrated passenger transport hub.First,this paper gives a definition of high-speed railway integrated passenger transport hub,and explains the safety state of passenger flow.It’s the state that passengers could have space for normal activities in the passenger flow and independent from external disturbance.Even if a hazard occurs,the consequences are acceptable.Through the analysis,it can be concluded that passenger activity space is influenced by the speed of passengers,the density of passengers,and the flow interweaving of passengers.As the character or layout of facilities and equipment changes,they would shift too.Secondly,facilities and equipment in the hub are classified according to different functions in this paper.Every interaction between passengers and different functional facilities and equipment is analyzed.The capacity of the discussed facilities and equipment is given by considering the construction specification of the integrated hub.Then,the relationship between the three factors affecting passenger activity space and the layout of facilities and equipment is analyzed.Finally,in order to evaluate passenger flow safety state under different facilities and equipment layout,this paper introduces the safety bottleneck of facilities and equipment.The method to determined its’ existence degree is based on the influence of facilities and equipment on passenger flow safety state.Combining the determined result,the following require could be got,and the evaluation result could be given.Aimed at displaying the process of the evaluation method and proving a decision support for the South Beijing Railway Station to have a safer operation environment,the underground layer is selected as the example,and its operation in a certain holiday is simulated by Anylogic.According to the simulation,safety bottlenecks of facilities and equipment are determined,and the passenger flow safety state under this layout is evaluated.Based on the analyze of the previous section,the elimination of safety bottlenecks is implemented by changing the facilities and equipment layout.
