With the rapid development of society,the importance of human resources in the development of enterprises has become more and more prominent,especially in the development strategy of enterprises,has become the focus of efficient and high-quality development of enterprises.Employee motivation is an important part of human resource management.A scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism can change and guide employees’ work behaviors,promote their enthusiasm,give full play to their potential,and achieve organizational goals quickly and effectively.Not only to the development of the employee’s personal career has a great help,but also to boost the enterprise in the current fierce modern competition to occupy a favorable position,to achieve personal goals and corporate goals of the "two-way progress".Y Biotechnology Company is a high-tech private small and medium-sized enterprise integrating the cultivation,processing,acquisition,sales and research and development of conflation hemp.In recent years,it has made a good profit,but there are certain deficiencies in mobilizing employees’ work vitality and exploiting creativity,which restricts the development of the enterprise to a higher level to a certain extent.Based on the theory of enterprise incentive mechanism,this paper referred to relevant literature and monographs at home and abroad,conducted questionnaire survey and multiple interviews with some employees of the enterprise,and analyzed the problems of Y Biotechnology Company in employee incentive,such as insufficient salary attraction,insufficient binding force of performance appraisal,unobstructed channels for employee promotion,and lack of spiritual and cultural incentives.And in-depth analysis of the causes of the formation of the problem.In view of the existing employee incentive mechanism problems,based on the work reality and development strategy of Y Biotechnology Company,the corresponding solutions are put forward.It aims to provide certain help for the development of enterprises in the same industry and of the same nature. |
