Nowadays,secondary vocational and technical education in our country is generally considered to be an indispensable part of vocational education in our country,and it has made a great contribution to the cultivation of social talents.The industrial analysis and inspection major in secondary vocational schools is one of the characteristics of the chemical engineering major in secondary vocational schools.Through the corresponding entrance examinations,secondary vocational colleges provide excellent relevant students for colleges and universities every year.In recent years,with the adjustment of industrial structure and the impact of emerging majors,the employment pressure of students majoring in chemical engineering in secondary vocational schools has increased.In order to meet the needs of new trends in the chemical industry,teachers need to change their teaching methods and teaching forms so that students can better integrate into society.As a catalyst for students to master chemical knowledge and theory,experimental teaching has an extremely important position and significance in chemistry classroom teaching.Making good use of experimental teaching will greatly promote students’ chemistry course learning.The author decided to combine chemistry teaching,chemistry interesting experiments and secondary vocational industrial analysis courses through my own lectures,lectures,and my own learning experience during the educational internship,combined with a large number of literatures I read and the latest development of basic chemistry education I have learned.,conduct instructional design research.Making full use of experimental teaching will play a role in promoting the study of chemical engineering students in secondary vocational schools.The author decided to combine chemistry teaching and interesting chemistry experiments closely after practice,combined with a large number of relevant literatures he had read and learned about the recent development of modern chemistry basic education.Conduct research on teaching and curriculum design on analytical courses.In order to prove that the interesting experimental teaching has a positive effect on the learning of secondary vocational students,this paper uses the interesting practical teaching method to practice teaching,taking the chemical engineering class 1-5 of the 2020 grade of a vocational and technical college in Jiyuan as an example,using a questionnaire to prove it,and to the questionnaire.The survey data were analyzed in detail to ensure the rationality of the questionnaire survey.In addition,the professional courses of industrial analysis and inspection in secondary vocational schools have certain difficulties,such as "Physical Chemistry" and "Analytical Chemistry",and it is not easy for students to understand the knowledge points of these two courses.Then the interesting teaching can improve the interest between teaching and learning,increase the interaction between teachers and students,and improve the students’ cooperation ability,which deepens the mastery of the theoretical knowledge of physical chemistry and instrument analysis for secondary vocational students.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter starts from the current situation of secondary vocational schools,outlines the research purpose,research background and research significance of the article,as well as domestic and foreign scholars’ research on secondary vocational schools and interesting experiments.In addition,according to the possible problems in the professional course of industrial analysis and inspection in secondary vocational schools,an interesting experimental teaching method is proposed,and the research methods and ideas are stated.The second chapter briefly introduces the concept of secondary vocational schools and interesting experiments,and puts forward the theoretical basis of the research.The third chapter shows the data of the questionnaire survey and the results of the survey,and proposes the feasibility of interesting experimental teaching after analyzing the data.The fourth chapter is the experimental design part.The experiment involves interesting experiments related to the knowledge points of the two courses of "Physical Chemistry" and "Instrumental Analysis" in the vocational industrial analysis and inspection course for the reference of secondary vocational schools.The chapters and the sixth chapter are the feedback of students and teachers after the experimental teaching,and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of interesting experimental teaching research.
