| Since the 18 th Party Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,has insisted on fostering virtue through education,placed moral education in a prominent position in the overall development of people,and emphasized that the primary task of education is to promote the growth of human moral character.In order to fully implement the fundamental task to foster virtue through education and to form a "three-wide education" pattern,the state has comprehensively promoted the construction of Curriculum Ideology and Politics,and given full play to the role of professional courses in educating people at all levels of education.With the transformation and development of economy and society,the traditional system of teacher-apprentice system in factory is gradually declining.As the basic education in the vocational education system,secondary vocational education has become the main force of technical skill cultivation,and is responsible for the mission of delivering high-quality workers to the society.However,there is a big gap between the current situation of moral education in secondary schools and its historical mission.Therefore,in order to improve the level of moral education in secondary vocational schools,improve the quality of secondary vocational education,and strengthen the adaptability between the supply of talents in secondary vocational schools and the demand for social talents,secondary vocational schools urgently need to carry out the construction of Curriculum Ideology and Politics,with the goal of fostering virtue through education,and give full play to the educational role of professional curriculum.The course of "Tea Art" is a professional elective course of the high-star hotel operation and management major in secondary schools,which undertakes the dual task of helping students master the basic knowledge and skills of tea art as well as cultivating the professional ethics and professional spirit required for the position of tea artist.Based on this,this study carried out a Curriculum Ideology and Politics teaching design for the "tea art" course in secondary schools,exploring the integration of the professional knowledge system and moral elements of the "tea art" course,in order to play the role of the "tea art" course in educating people.This study is carried out in the following six parts.The first part is theoretical overview.Through the combing of the literature related to Curriculum Ideology and Politics at home and abroad,understanding the current situation of course Civics research,and elaborating the concepts of Curriculum Ideology and Politics and teaching design as well as the basic theories supporting the teaching design of Curriculum Ideology and Politics,then providing the theoretical basis for the subsequent research.The second part is the research of current situation.Through the questionnaire method and interview method,investigating the teaching status quo of the Curriculum Ideology and Politics of "Tea Art" in XX Vocational High School in Kunming,to clarify the learning needs of students and the teaching situation of teachers,so as to analyse the problems of the education and teaching in Curriculum Ideology and Politics of "Tea Art" in this school and inquire into the reasons.The third part is the teaching design of Curriculum Ideology and Politics.On the basis of excavating the ideological value and spiritual connotation contained in the "Tea Art" course,the ideological and political teaching design of the "Tea Art" course in secondary vocational schools is carried out by taking the design of teaching subject,teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching media,teaching process,and teaching evaluation as the main body and penetrating the ideological and political elements.The fourth part is teaching practice.Take "Project 1 Enter the tea house" and "Project 5 Enter the dark tea" in "Tea Art Basic Course" as an example to carry out the teaching design with Curriculum Ideology and Politics,then carry out 6 hours of teaching practice.The fifth part is the analysis of the practice effect.After the teaching practice,the feedback from students and teachers was collected through questionnaire and interview method.The survey results show that the application of the teaching design of "Tea Art" in secondary school under the perspective of Curriculum Ideology and Politics is effective,which improves students’ enthusiasm and initiative of learning,motivates students’ internal motivation of learning,and promotes students’ Civics literacy to develop in a positive direction.The sixth part is summary and reflection.Summarize this study,analyze the shortcomings of the study,and put forward suggestions for further research of the teaching design with Curriculum Ideology and Politics. |
