| Under the background of transformation and upgrading of construction industry,assembled concrete buildings have been vigorously promoted.However,the safety hazards existing in the construction of assembled concrete buildings seriously hinder the further promotion and development of assembled concrete buildings.Therefore,it is very important to comprehensively and objectively analyze the construction safety risks of assembled concrete buildings,which can provide guarantee for the rapid development of assembled concrete buildings.Therefore,this paper takes assembled concrete building as the research object,identifies the risk factors of construction safety of assembled concrete building through Delphi method from five aspects of human,machine,material,method and ring,and initially establishes the risk evaluation index system of construction safety of assembled concrete building based on five first-level index and 25 second-level index factors.Secondly,on the basis of risk evaluation index system,considering the characteristics of construction safety risk during the construction stage of assembled concrete buildings,the paper proposes to apply attribute identification to the safety factor evaluation of the concrete construction of assembled concrete buildings,and determines the feasibility and accuracy of the attribute identification model in the construction safety risk model of assembled concrete buildings by using the analytic hierarchy process.Then construct the risk assessment model for the construction safety of assembled concrete buildings with attribute recognition model.Finally,the practical application value of this index system is verified by a project case of housing resettlement in a residential area in Xuzhou.The three levels of risk of the project in the fabricated concrete construction are obtained,and the applicability of the model is verified.It has certain application significance and provides reference value for the safety risk control of the later type of fabricated concrete construction.In the end,the following research results are obtained: all listed safety risk factors are reduced to 25 which are critical to the safety of fabricated concrete buildings by Delphi method analysis;Analyzing the engineering case by the evaluation method combining AHP and attribute recognition model,applying quantitative data analysis makes the process of decision-making and operation tend to be mathematic,and the goal is specific,which brings more convenient consideration to complex safety problems.In this specific project case,the operators who are affected by human factors lack systematic professional training,violations of construction personnel,quality defects of finished PC components in risk of material factors,improper selection of specifications and models of mechanical equipment in risk of mechanical equipment factors have a greater impact on the risk,which can be used for reference by other similar projects. |
