In recent years,due to the acceleration of urbanization in China,prefabricated buildings have started a new development journey.As for the traditional cast-in-place structure,the prefabricated building has the advantages of good overall performance and short construction period.At the same time,it can save materials and meet the requirements of energy conservation,environmental protection and green construction to the greatest extent.However,the safety risk in the construction process of prefabricated buildings is always the key problem to be solved in the process of construction industrialization.First,the system of prefabricated construction and the meaning of risk management,analyzing the construction characteristics of the prefabricated construction,construction safety,risk identification process,methods,and its used in prefabricated construction detailed analysis the rationality of the construction safety,at the same time,to building construction,the essay discusses the principle and method of risk measure.Secondly,the existing risk identification methods are analyzed.According to the engineering cases studied,risk factors are identified and summarized from three perspectives,namely,accident cause theory,current national standards and accident statistics.According to the principle of completeness,representativeness,applicability and hierarchy of the index system,the index system of construction safety risk evaluation is obtained.Thirdly,the internal mechanism and applicability of the set pair analysis theory are discussed,and the improved AHP-SAP subjective weight assignment method is established by combining the set pair analysis theory and analytic hierarchy process.Through the difference coefficient method,the subjective and objective weights are optimized to obtain the optimal combination weight assignment model.By establishing the standard set of FC project construction risk measurement and using the core idea of the set pair analysis theory,the paper constructs the risk measurement model of the assembled building construction based on the fuzzy relation degree of single and multiple factors,and comprehensively evaluates the construction risk grade of the project example.Finally to FC project as an example,according to the prefabricated building construction safety risk measure model of comprehensive measure of the project,the risk grade of each index can be obtained for high-risk human factors and material factors,for effective control,and according to the characteristics of the model,the model is solved by using LINGO software,put forward effective countermeasures and Suggestions.The research shows that this paper conducts theoretical analysis on the measurement results of the construction safety risk of FC project,proposes targeted optimization control measures to improve the construction safety degree to a certain extent,and provides a basis for the construction safety risk management of prefabricated buildings. |
