| Regional eco-efficiency is one of the important indicators to measure the coordinated development level of economy,resources and environment in a region.Clarifying the influence mechanism of several important influencing factors is an effective strategy to improve the level of sustainable development.Technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading,as two key influencing factors,are of great research value.Based on the research method combining the theoretical exploration and the empirical analysis,this dissertation deeply discusses the influence mechanism of technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading on regional eco-efficiency.On the basis of sorting out the relevant literatures on technological innovation,industrial structure upgrading and regional eco-efficiency,this dissertation firstly defines and re-understands the relevant concepts and basic theories involved in the research process.Then,it deeply explores the internal interaction mechanism among the three items and particularly focuses on the mediating mechanism of industrial structure upgrading during the process of technological innovation affecting regional eco-efficiency.After that,this dissertation measures the development level of technological innovation,industrial structure upgrading and regional eco-efficiency respectively,and further analyzes the development status of the three items from the overall and regional perspectives.Afterwards,based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2019,this dissertation carries out an empirical research using the mediation effect model,and further performs the analyses according to the division method of the east,middle and west regions.Finally,combining the theoretical and empirical analysis results,this dissertation proposes several corresponding policy suggestions.The relevant research results show that:（1）The development level of regional eco-efficiency,technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading in China has shown a gratifying trend of continuous improvement from the global perspective,however,the regional differences are obvious,and the situations of the eastern region are significantly superior than that of the central and western regions.（2）From the whole level,the industrial structure upgrading plays a partial intermediary effect.Nevertheless,from the regional level,it furthermore plays a full intermediary effect in the eastern region,and does not play an intermediary effect in the central and western regions.Figure 19 Table 11 Reference 82... |
