| With the rapid development of China’s economy, the process of urbanization and industrialization in China is also accelerating, and air quality problems have emerged.China’s "14th Five-Year Plan" mentioned that it is necessary to carry out in-depth pollution prevention and control actions and strengthen the management of urban air quality compliance,so it is necessary to control the air pollution problem. The northern coastal comprehensive economic zone is the hardest hit area of air pollution in China, occupying half of the seats in the central and northern coastal comprehensive economic zones of the20 cities with the worst air quality. In recent years, the air control of provinces and cities in the northern coastal comprehensive economic zone has achieved some success, but air quality problems still exist. Therefore, improving the air quality of the northern coastal comprehensive economic zone and reducing the emission of air pollutants are still issues worthy of attention. In this paper,29 cities in the northern coastal comprehensive economic zone will be taken as the research object, and based on the air data such as AQI index and air pollutant concentration in 2014-2020,the present situation of air quality in the northern coastal comprehensive economic zone will be analyzed through the ecological environment report of each region in the northern coastal comprehensive economic zone, the temporal variation characteristics of air pollutants in each city in the northern coastal comprehensive economic zone will be analyzed through the nuclear density map,and the spatial regional differences of each city will be analyzed through the theil index. The Moran index is used to analyze the spatial effect of AQI index,PM2.5 and PM10 annual average concentration among different regions, and the spatial econometric model can be used instead of the traditional econometric model for analysis.Taking the annual average concentration of PM2.5 and PM10,the main air pollutants affecting the northern coastal comprehensive economic zone,as the explanatory variables, and taking eight indicators, including per capita GDP,urban greening coverage, urban population density, proportion of secondary industry, total supply of liquefied petroleum gas, urban heating area, industrial smoke and dust emissions and actual bus(electric)vehicle operation at the end of the year,as the explanatory variables, the data of six years from 2014 to 2019 were selected to construct PM2.5 and PM10.The results show that the air quality of cities in the northern coastal comprehensive economic zone has improved compared with before, but the air quality problems in most areas are still quite severe, and the main air pollutants are PM2.5 and PM10;;According to the analysis of theil index,it can be seen that the regional difference of air pollution in the northern coastal comprehensive economic zone is obvious, which is mainly caused by the unbalanced economic development of each city.Through exploratory spatial data analysis,it can be seen that the air quality among cities in the northern coastal comprehensive economic zone has a significant spatial positive correlation, and the spatial agglomeration is getting stronger and stronger, and most cities are high-high agglomeration and low-low agglomeration.Spatial econometric model shows that per capita GDP and urban green coverage can promote the improvement of air quality, while urban population density, proportion of secondary industry, total supply of liquefied petroleum gas, urban heating area and industrial smoke and dust emissions can inhibit the improvement of air quality. Therefore, the air quality can be improved by forming the situation of regional coordinated air pollution control, rationally planning the urban population scale, optimizing the path of coordinated industrial development and adjusting the energy consumption structure. |
