With the development of the economy and the prosperity of the construction incremental market, the boundaries of modern cities have expanded rapidly, and a large number of natural resources outside the city have been embezzled. In order to implement the sustainable development of the ecological city construction policy, the continuous emergence of ecological compensation-oriented urban and rural construction has alleviated the contradiction between the rapid urban development and the excessive urban ecological pressure to a certain extent. In addition, the development of urban space is limited, the development strategy of the urban construction industry has shifted from incremental development to stock optimization, and a large number of abandoned urban spaces have begun to be commercialized, which has instead created a thousand-city problem.Life and the natural environment are divided. In order to solve the contradiction between the high economic benefits of urban internal space and the low marginal benefits brought by ecological compensation, the new strategy orientation of urban building stock optimization is explored and adapted to At present, people’s requirements for a near-natural living environment, research on ecological compensation-oriented building renovation strategies and design methods, and form new ideas for building stock optimization strategies, making certain contributions to the quality and stability of urban ecosystems. In the first and second chapters, the article takes the contemporary shopping mall of Taitung Pedestrian Street in Qingdao as the background, analyzes based on the existing theories and ecological compensation strategies, and proposes two research directions: ecological quality compensation and ecological pressure compensation. The third chapter and the fourth chapter are the main discussion chapters of the article, which are discussed respectively according to the ecological compensation orientation obtained. This paper applies the fragstats landscape pattern index research, and believes that the landscape patches in the building space can not only improve the green coverage rate, but also have a positive impact on the fragmentation and aggregation of the surrounding ecological environment. Moreover, the landscape design based on plant collocation and combined with the concept of vertical greening can also effectively improve the coordination and richness of architectural landscape space, and can improve the quality of the inserted landscape patches from both subjective and objective perspectives.Based on the analysis of literature research and case research, and based on the analysis of the current energy consumption composition of urban buildings in the whole life cycle, three major building energy-saving measures are proposed: through the construction of photovoltaic systems,to improve building production capacity and speed up power decarbonization;through the framework of water circulation system, reduce the waste and pollution of water resources, and increase the ecological function of regulating and storing rainwater for the building space;follow the building microenvironment control theory, rely on the landscape space and architectural design to adjust the light environment and thermal environment inside the building, and reduce the use of energy-consuming electrical appliances. At present, the short-term economic benefits of building energy-saving measures are relatively low,but they have extremely high ecological benefits for saving and compensating energy and natural resources. The fourth and fifth chapters are the practice and summary of this article. The article combines the design methods derived from the research and applies them in practice. It is hoped that the two results of the thesis and the design will provide some reference for the subsequent ecological construction.
