| Providing high-quality urban park ecosystem cultural services is an important way to implement the strategy of ecological civilization construction and improve the quality of public life and happiness.By combing the relevant literature on ecosystem cultural services,it can be found that the current research is mostly carried out from ecology and environmental resources,less from the field of public management,and there is a lack of unified conceptual interpretation of ecosystem cultural services;Urban park ecosystem cultural services can not reflect the public’s strong desire for rich cultural life,can not meet the growing needs of the public for a better life,and the level of public satisfaction is low.Therefore,taking the discipline of public management as the research starting point,starting from the publicity of ecosystem cultural services to the public and providing products and facilities services,this study systematically combs,refines and summarizes the concept,characteristics and evaluation indicators of urban park ecosystem cultural services,and constructs the conceptual system of urban park ecosystem cultural services,Analyze the role of ecosystem cultural service quality in improving public welfare.At the same time,public perception is introduced into the cultural services of urban park ecosystem,and the demand factors affecting public satisfaction are analyzed to provide reference and guidance for the park management department to accurately understand the public’s needs and carry out accurate policies.Based on the perspective of public perception,this paper constructs the analysis model of cultural service quality of urban park ecosystem by comprehensively using SERVQUAL model and Kano IPA integration analysis model.Secondly,taking Tianjin Water Park as a case study,this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between urban park ecosystem cultural service quality and public demand,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve ecosystem cultural service quality according to the evaluation results.The results show that:(1)there is a gap between the cultural services of water park ecosystem and the services expected by tourists.The satisfaction of some services is low,and improvements need to be made in tourist feedback,landscape facilities and tourist participation.(2)Kano IPA integration analysis can provide improvement strategies for improving the quality of cultural services in urban park ecosystem,integrate public demand into the process of improving the quality of cultural services in ecosystem to the greatest extent,and realize the coordinated development of the two.In view of the problems existing in the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: pay attention to public perception and tap public demand;Strengthen the construction of facilities and improve the service level;Standardize service management and enhance service awareness. |
