| [Purpose] Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the concept of ecological progress and green development has been gradually implemented in every aspect of social life as the five-sphere Integrated plan has been aligned with the five Development concepts.Green development is "economic-social-ecological" intersection and fusion of three systems,with the increase of ecological capital as the basic characteristics of green innovation to realize path,with the increase of green wealth and human welfare as the development goals,efforts to "man-" and "human-environment" the harmony of the green development of the situation.Therefore,there are endless researches on the issues related to green development,and the research on the level of green development will become an important aspect of academic and political attention.In yunnan province,the unique landscape spatial pattern of restriction affects profoundly,water ecological carrying capacity and ecological carrying capacity of land resources in yunnan province comprehensive ecosystem carrying capacity,at the same time,the degree of spatial distribution and regional urban green development in yunnan province green growth potential to a certain extent,subject to the change of natural environment ecological base.Therefore,it is of scientific significance to measure the level of green development and its influencing mechanism in Yunnan Province,which plays an important role in realizing the concept of "Two Mountains",sticking to the bottom line of natural ecological security in Yunnan Province,consolidating the ecological security barrier in southwest China,and enhancing the influence of Yunnan as the "world garden".Based on this,this study analyzes the comprehensive development level of green development in Yunnan province in recent years,focuses on the spatio-temporal differences of green development level in Yunnan Province,explores the influencing factors and influencing factors of green development level in Yunnan Province,and finally forms the knowledge system of practical research on green development level in Yunnan Province.In order to improve the level of green development in Yunnan province and the same type of areas,to provide scientific basis for the realization of "economy-society-ecology" virtuous cycle,in order to provide a certain theoretical support for the government’s green development decision.[Research Methods] From the perspective of space-time in geography and based on the review of relevant literatures at home and abroad,this study comprehensively used qualitative and quantitative methods as well as dynamic and static methods to measure the level of green development in Yunnan Province and explore the factors influencing the level of green development in Yunnan Province.Through research and grasp the connotation of green development and related concepts of green development,based on ecological theory and sustainable development theory,the measure index system of the development level of Yunnan green building,using time series analysis and spatial analysis method from the provincial level and city level,municipal level characteristics analysis of the development level of Yunnan green space and time,At the same time,the obstacle degree analysis method is used to measure the obstacle factors affecting the level of green development in Yunnan Province.Finally,the paper summarizes the temporal characteristics and spatial pattern evolution characteristics of the green development level in Yunnan province,urban agglomeration and city(state)region,finds out the main problems of the green development in Yunnan Province,draws lessons from the typical experience of green development in other regions,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the green development level in Yunnan Province.[Results](1)From the perspective of time series: from 2008 to 2019,the overall level of green development in Yunnan province showed a trend of rising fluctuation,and the overall growth rate fluctuated greatly,but the growth rate value did not change much;The green development level of the five major urban agglomerations in Yunnan province has the characteristics of central Yunnan > West Yunnan >northwest Yunnan > southwest Yunnan > southeast Yunnan.Among them,qujing city,Kunming City,Honghe Prefecture and Dehong Prefecture have high level of green development,while Nujiang City,Wenshan Prefecture,Deqing Prefecture and Zhaotong City have low level of green development.The change of green development in each region is basically consistent with the overall change of the whole province,and there are slight differences in individual regions.It is expected that the green development level of the province,city clusters and cities(states)will continue to grow in the future.(2)From the perspective of spatial order: Through the application of Arc GIS10.4 software,spatial and temporal range entropy weight method,natural discontinuity point,trend analysis and other models,the comprehensive evaluation value of green development level,green production level,resource endowment and social welfare in Yunnan Province from 2008 to 2019 were visualized.Qujing,Kunming,Honghe and Yuxi have the highest comprehensive level of green development in Yunnan province.Qujing,Honghe,Zhaotong and Dehong have the highest level of green production.Qujing,Yuxi,Honghe,Dehong and other cities and states with the highest level of resource endowment;Kunming,Yuxi,Qujing and Lijiang have the highest social welfare level.In terms of trend analysis,the green development level of Yunnan Province from 2008 to 2019 fluctuated steadily in the east-west direction and north-south direction,with little fluctuation.Through the calculation of Theil coefficient,coefficient of variation and Gini coefficient,the green development level of Yunnan province shows a trend of rapid rise at first and slow fluctuation later,indicating that the balance state and regional differences of the green development level of Yunnan province are relatively consistent.The regional differences among the five urban agglomerations are much greater than the regional differences.The green development level of the five urban agglomerations in Yunnan province is northwest Yunnan < southwest Yunnan < southeast Yunnan < west Yunnan< central Yunnan.Kriging interpolation method and natural discontinuity point method were used to measure the spatial pattern evolution characteristics of green development level in five urban agglomerations in Yunnan Province.Among them,the green development level in central Yunnan province is the highest,and the range of green development changes from large to small and then becomes large,showing a fluctuating trend.(3)From the perspective of influencing factors: according to the analysis of influencing factors at the base layer,the influencing factors that affect the level of green development at the provincial level in Yunnan province are resource endowment,green production and social welfare in order of influencing degree;Affect the five influence factors of urban agglomeration,Among them,Green development level according to the influence degree as follows: green production,resources endowment,social welfare,including Qu Jing city green production level has been the biggest influence on minimum,Bao Shan city,Bao Shan city is influenced by resources endowment maximum degree and minimum Qu Jing city,Bao Shan city social welfare has been the biggest influence on,Li Jiang is minimal.According to the analysis of influencing factors at the criterion level,the influencing factors affecting the green development level of Yunnan province,five major urban agglomerations and cities and states are as follows: environmental carrying capacity,green economic growth level,primary industry development level,resource abundance and infrastructure construction. |
