Research On The Measurement And Spatial-temporal Evolution Of Industrial Green Development Level In Hebei Province

With the development of economy and the progress of the times,people have higher standards for a better life.Sustainable development is gaining popularity,and the development of green industry has become the theme of industrial development in the new era.However,it is still at a low level.In order to adapt to the development of the times,the most important thing to do is to transform and upgrade.Industry plays an important role in the economic development of Hebei Province.At the same time,Hebei Province is one of the important industrial bases in China.All parts of the country must pass through Hebei province to reach the capital,which determines the importance of Hebei province.Therefore,it is of great significance to comprehensively evaluate the industrial green degree of Hebei Province and accurately measure its industrial green development efficiency for improving the level of industrial green development and promoting regional coordinated development.It is also very important for the government to make relevant policies.This paper mainly does the following research:(1)It expands the connotation benefit of the comprehensive evaluation of industrial green development and highlights the theme of the era of green development.Analyze the level of industrial development from various aspects and promote the green development of industry.By analyzing the research of numerous scholars on industrial development and combining with the requirements of the new era,the evaluation index system of regional industrial green development level was innovated.The index system consists of 22 related indexes including economy,resources,environment,science and technology and society.(2)Comprehensive evaluation is made on the level of industrial green development in Hebei province.First of all,the entropy value method is used to objectively assign weight to the industrial green development level evaluation index system.Therefore the specific weight of each classification will be known.Then,this paper measures the industrial green development level of Hebei Province according to the real data by Topsis.Finally,according to the regional evaluation results,the industrial green development of Hebei province is evaluated and analyzed by regions and subsystems.(3)Measure the efficiency of industrial green development in Hebei province from the Angle of time and space.Based on the input-output theory,the method of selection is the super efficiency SBM model.There are two models of expected output and unexpected output in the output index.This paper analyzes the evolution of industrial green development efficiency from two perspectives of time and space.From the perspective of time,the efficiency of industrial green development in Hebei province rises steadily,but the efficiency is still low.Spatial analysis shows that the efficiency of industrial green development in Hebei province varies greatly from region to region,and the regional coordination is weak.(4)The research content includes the analysis of spatial clustering of industrial green development in Hebei Province.According to the detailed industrial green development data of Hebei province,the Moran’s I of industrial output value and industrial green development efficiency of Hebei province is calculated.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the local spatial clustering degree of industrial green development in Hebei province based on LISA cluster diagram.The analysis shows that the spatial aggregation of industrial green development in Hebei province is weak.In terms of industrial output value,there is no obvious spatial correlation among different regions in Hebei province,and there is a lack of industrial coordination among different regions.In terms of industrial green development efficiency,the global Moran index was positive and passed the significance test.It shows that there is a positive correlation between the efficiency of industrial green development in Hebei Province,and each region should strengthen regional coordination to drive the development of the whole industry.According to LISA cluster analysis of industrial green development efficiency,the regions with high industrial green development efficiency in Hebei province are concentrated in the central part,while the north and south regions have low industrial green development efficiency,which should be further strengthened.
