Industry is an important aspect of China's economic development.At the same time,industrial production and consumption consume a large amount of resources,causing serious pollution to the environment.It is of vital importance for human survival and development to seek a green development path of industry that is resource-saving and environment-friendly.The research on the evaluation of Anhui's industrial green development level and its influencing factors has certain theoretical significance for enriching the theoretical system of industrial green development and has important practical significance for the sustainable development of regional industry.At present,there has not been a complete research system on industrial green development at home and abroad.The evaluation index system on the level of industrial green development lacks a more comprehensive perspective.Most evaluation methods are subjective and have a single analysis angle.Therefore,this paper constructs a research methodology system of "multi-level evaluation-spatial and temporal differentiation-barrier factors-influencing factors" for the level of industrial green development,expanding and enriching the research perspective and research system First of all,on the basis of a large number of literature studies,the related concepts and connotation of industrial green development are summarized,and the current situation of industrial green development in Anhui Province is analyzed.Secondly,a more scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed from three aspects of industrial green growth,industrial resources and environmental carrying capacity,and government policy support.Then,taking 16 cities in Anhui province as the research object,the entropy weight-—TOPSIS model,an objective evaluation method,is used to empirically analyze the industrial green development level of Anhui province and its 16 cities from 2009 to 2018 in terms of time and space.Finally,using the obstacle degree model and TOBIT regression model to explore the key obstacle factors and dynamic factors of Anhui's industrial green development.The empirical results show that:from the time series point of view,the comprehensive level of industrial green development in Anhui Province has been continuously rising from 2009 to 2018.The overall level of industrial green growth,industrial resources and environmental carrying capacity and government policy support are on the rise.From a spatial perspective,there are significant differences in all dimensions and comprehensive development levels of industrial green development in 16 cities in Anhui Province.Hefei is the only city with high comprehensive development level,while Huainan,Maanshan and Huangshan are the lowest.There are obvious differences in key barriers to green industrial development in different cities.The level of industrial green development is affected by many factors,among which the level of economic development,industrial structure,innovation driving force and environmental regulation are significantly positively correlated with the level of industrial green development in Anhui Province.Finally,according to the TOBIT regression and obstacle degree research results of Anhui province's industrial green development,combined with the development status quo,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve Anhui province's industrial green development level from the provincial and municipal levelsFigure[21]Table[11]Reference[80]...
