Therapeutic Effect Of T-shaped Steel Plate Combined With Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Tibial Plateau Fractures Involving The Posterior Column

Objective:Through the collection,follow-up and study of 60 cases of Schtzker V and VI tibia plateau fractures involving the posterior column from October 2016 to December 2017 in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,T-shaped plate combined with Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction The clinical efficacy of the Schtzker V and VI tibial plateau fractures of the column provides real and reliable clinical data and experimental data support.Methods:The patients in this study were all from the inpatients in the orthopedic ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to December 2017.All of them met the inclusion criteria of Schatzker V and Type VI tibial plateau fractures involving the posterior column.The average score was divided into two groups: group A: 30 patients in the double-plate treatment group,the medial and lateral incision double-anatomical plate was used to fix the medial and lateral iliac crest of the tibial plateau,and the posterior column fracture was not fixed by the plate alone;group B: the three-steel treatment group 30 For example,the double anatomical plate is also used to fix the medial and lateral iliac crest of the tibial plateau,and then the T-shaped plate is used to shape the posterior column.After the operation,the traditional Chinese medicine Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction was given to activating blood stasis,soothing liver and collaterals,reducing swelling and relieving pain,and guiding them to perform corresponding functional exercises.X-rays were reviewed in the outpatients at 1 month,3 months,6 months,and 12 months after operation,and the fracture healing was observed.The physical activity of the knee joint was evaluated by physical examination.The HSS knee joint scoring criteria were used to evaluate the knee joint scores at 3 months,6 months,and 12 months after operation.The statistical analysis of 60 patients was performed using SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results: In the operation,the internal and external double incision double anatomical plate was used to fix the medial and lateral iliac crest of the tibial plateau,and the posterior column fracture was not fixed in 30 patients.The excellent and good rate were 73.3% after 3,6 and 12 months.80%,86.7%;intraoperative use of double anatomical plate to fix the medial and lateral iliac crest of the tibial plateau,and then T-shaped plate shaping,as the posterior support plate alone to fix the posterior column fracture in 30 patients,postoperative 3,At 6 and 12 months,the excellent and good rates were 76.7%,83.3%,and 90%,respectively.Conclusion:The T-shaped plate combined with the bilateral anatomical plate is more rigid and reliable for the fixation of complex tibial plateau fractures.In particular,the T-shaped plate is more effective in supporting the posterior column fracture of the tibial plateau.Finally,it can restore the smoothness of the articular surface,restore the functional range of the knee joint and reduce the regression.The occurrence of arthritis.Traditional Chinese medicine Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction has the functions of activating blood stasis,dissolving liver and collaterals,reducing swelling and relieving pain.After taking it together,it has a good effect on eliminating swollen limbs,relieving phlegm and relieving pain.
