Research On Inventory Management Of Logistic Materials In R Hospital

With the deepening of the reform of the medical system in China,the competition in the domestic medical industry is more and more fierce.Hospitals need to strengthen the scientific and effective management of their business activities.The inventory management of hospital logistics materials is an important part of hospital asset management,and also the key content of hospital management.Hospital logistics materials occupy a large proportion,with the characteristics of large consumption,variety and quantity.The cost and quality control is closely related to the efficiency of daily operation of the hospital.Due to the lack of sufficient understanding of the inventory management of logistics materials in some hospitals,many hospitals only focuses on the development of clinical scientific research,but does not pay enough attention to the inventory problem,which leads to a large gap between the inventory management level of most hospitals and the first-class hospitals in developed countries.A series of reasonable inventory management measures,such as scientific and reasonable improvement of management of all kinds of materials,optimization of material management process,reduction of storage occupation and waste,and timely supply guarantee,will bring great economic benefits to the hospital.Founded in 1961,R hospital is a comprehensive hospital integrating clinical,scientific research,teaching,prevention,rehabilitation and first aid.This paper summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on inventory management,achieves the knowledge reserve before writing the paper,and expounds the relevant concept theory as the theoretical basis of the paper.This paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis on the current situation of logistics material inventory management in R hospital,including the analysis on the current situation of organizational structure,management process,material varieties and control method.This paper makes a questionnaire survey on the relevant staff of inventory management,and analyzes the results of the questionnaire.It summarizes a series of problems that need to be solved urgently in the aspects of management process,purchasing link,storage management,supplier management and information construction of R hospital logistics inventory management,and analyzes the causes.Finally,it puts forward some measures to improve inventory management.Through the research of R hospital logistics inventory management,the following goals are expected to be achieved:First of all,through sorting out the relevant theories of inventory management,such as ABC analysis,JIT just in time,VMI supplier inventory management mode,etc.,combine theory with practice,apply these theoretical models to the inventory management of R hospital,improve work efficiency and improve hospital management model.Secondly,through the analysis of the current situation of R hospital logistics material inventory management,find out the problems,put forward solutions,enrich the hospital inventory control method,use ABC classification,JIT Procurement Mode,VMI supplier inventory management and other modern inventory control method,improve the information level of hospital inventory management,strengthen the management of hospital materials,improve the material management work efficiency,and then improve the hospital’s comprehensive management level and competitive strength.
