| With the continuous deepening reform of medical system in our country,the competition of domestic medical industry is becoming more and more intense,and hospitals need to strengthen the scientific and effective management of their own business activities.Hospital logistics materials management is an important part of hospital management,but also the key content of hospital management.Hospital logistics materials occupy a large proportion,with large consumption,variety,quantity and other characteristics,its cost and quality control is closely related to the efficiency of hospital daily operation.Due to the lack of sufficient understanding of logistics material management in some hospitals,many hospitals only focus on the development of clinical scientific research,but do not pay enough attention to logistics material management,resulting in a large gap between the management level of most hospitals and first-class hospitals in developed countries.Refined management is the purpose of managing every production process of the production process of the enterprise in scientific and precision to achieve the purpose of saving resources,reducing costs,improving management efficiency,and corporate competitiveness.As an important part of hospital management,logistics material management can reduce waste and inventory occupation,optimize the material management process and improve the efficiency of logistics material management by introducing the concept of refined management,which is of great importance for hospitals to adapt to the development of the current market economy and the development of medical and health undertakings.In view of this,based on the theoretical knowledge of refined management,this paper comprehensively combs the relevant theoretical knowledge and domestic and foreign research results,and analyzes the status quo of logistics material management in XX Hospital on the basis of the PDCA cycle theory.Then the questionnaire survey was used to further understand the basic situation of logistics material management in XX Hospital and the cognition of the staff of logistics functional departments on logistics material management.Based on the analysis of the survey results,problems in logistics material management of XX Hospital are summarized,including:imperfect management process,unscientific material purchase management,non-standard storage management,loose supplier management and low level of information management.Under the background of deepening medical reform,the feasibility and necessity of in-depth and refined management are expounded.According to the problems mentioned above,the refined management plan of logistics materials in XX Hospital is optimized,and the measures to ensure the implementation of the plan are proposed.Finally,the implementation effect of the fine management scheme of hospital logistics materials is analyzed.It is hoped that this study can improve the management level and efficiency of logistics materials in hospitals,reduce hospital operating costs,and improve the comprehensive management level and competitive strength of hospitals. |
