As China’s population age structure tends to be aging,people’s requirements for life and health protection have increased,and the demand for medical services has continued to grow.The status of medicines has played an important role and has received more and more attention.At present,China is at the stage of deepening the reform of the medical system.Due to the peculiarities of medicines,the traditional drug inventory management model does not match the policy advancement,hospital inventory levels are too high,inventory control is unreasonable,and there is no precise planning,organization,and adjustment.Problems such as inventory,drug storage,and poor management infrastructure have led to high management costs.Traditional drug inventory management models urgently need transformation and reform.Third-party logistics not only provides basic logistics services to hospitals or enterprises,but also greatly integrates supply chain resources,reduces inventory levels,improves operational efficiency,and has a strong adaptability to solving traditional drug inventory problems.In order to comply with the reform of the pharmaceutical system,solve many problems arising from the traditional drug inventory model.This study takes into account the policy background and the impact of third-party logistics on drug inventory management.Taking the third-party logistics inventory management model as the research object,this paper studies the performance of drug inventory after the introduction of third-party logistics.At the same time,considering the seasonality of medicines,the difference of medication time and timeliness,etc.,the significance of third-party logistics to the management of medicine inventory was discussed.And using system dynamics method,according to the third-party logistics operation mode to find relevant influencing factors,establish a system causal feedback loop diagram,and analyze the correlation between the various influencing factors,using VENSIM software to establish a third-party logistics-based drug inventory Management system dynamics model;taking the hospital data as an example,perform simulation analysis on the model,and obtain the simulation results under the initial conditions:(1)get a more ideal system inventory level;(2)The stock of medicine in the hospital is about 5.8 days,and 214 are in stock,which is significantly lower than the survey data.The stock of medicine is about 7.5 days,and the stock preparation is about 7.5days.Stock preparation;(4)No shortage of goods.And through sensitivity analysis to findimportant parameters such as safety stock factor,stock deviation adjustment time,delay time,etc.,analyze and optimize it to obtain an optimized system dynamics model,and the final result meets the requirements of inventory level reduction.Finally,the research results are analyzed,and corresponding suggestions and management implications are put forward.This study uses system dynamics simulation to simulate the drug supply chain system after the participation of third-party logistics.The results of the study provide reference for the introduction of third-party logistics in the drug supply chain,provide new ideas and new approaches for studying drug inventory,and help promote Deepen the reform of the medical and health system. |
