Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Primary Hypothyroidism Of Spleen-Qi Deficiency With Shemling Baizhu Powder Plus Or Minus

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the treatment effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder plus or minus combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of primary hypothyroidism with spleen-qi deficiency.Evaluating the efficacy of Shenling Baizhu Powder plus or minus in the treatment of primary hypothyroidism with spleen-qi deficiency,the essay is to provide composition reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment in the future.Methods:From the patients treated in Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,61 patients meeting the inclusion standard were selected and stochastically divided into a therapeutic group of 30sufferers and a control group of 31 sufferers.On the basis of balanced diet and healthy lifestyle,levothyroxine tablets were given to the control group in a conventional dose on an empty stomach.In the treatment group,the addition and subtraction of Shenling Baizhu Powder plus or minus were added on the basis of the control group,which was provided by the decoction room of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital twice a day,each time 200ml after breakfast and dinner.After 12 weeks of treatment,TSH,FT₃and FT₄levels,serum lipid levels,TCM symptom scores,safety indicators and other data of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed and compared,so as to comprehensively analyzing the clinical efficacy and characteristics of Shenling Baizhu Powder in the treatment of primary hypothyroidism（spleen-qi deficiency）.SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of all data.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant,followed by efficacy and safety analysis.Results:Clinical observation was finally completed in 30 patients in the treatment group and completed in 30 patients in the control group.After12 weeks of observational study,The results are as follows:First of all,the TSH level concerning the two groups after remedy was lower than that before remedy,while the FT₃and FT₄levels were higher,which has a significant statistical difference（P<0.01）,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The two groups were compared before and after treatment:The TSH level in both groups were decreased after treatment,the FT₃and FT₄levels were higher,which was statistically significant（P<0.01）.Secondly,after treatment,TG,TC,and LDL-C in the treatment groups were distinctly lower than those in the control group.There was a significant statistical difference（P<0.01）.The two groups were compared before and after treatment:the TG,TC,and LDL-C in the two group were evidently decreased.There was a statistical difference（P<0.05）.Thirdly,the scores of TCM syndromes were all decreased compared with that treatment before,and the treatment group had a significant statistical difference（P<0.01）.Comparison between the two groups after treatment:the improvement of symptoms of natto and abdominal distension in the treatment group was significantly superior to the treatment in the control group,which had a significant difference（P<0.01）.The total scores of TCM syndromes was decreased compared with that treatment before,and the treatment group was superior to the control group（P<0.01）.And then,the effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement was 90.0%in the treatment group and 70.0%in the control group,and the comparison between the two groups had statistical significance（P<0.01）.The next,after therapia,the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups was 86.67%in the treatment group and 70.0%in the control group.The synthetical efficacy of the therapeutic group was clearly higher than that of the control group and the comparison between the two groups had statistical significance（P<0.01）.Finally,the evaluation of safety:the safety norms were ranged in the normal range and no evident untoward effect among the perid of this study.Conclusion:1 Shenling Baizhu Powder plus or minus combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets could effectively reduce the TSH level of patients,increase the FT₃and FT₄levels,and also have a positive effect on the improvement of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with primary hypothyroidism of spleen-qi deficiency.2 Shenling Baizhu Powder plus or minus combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets could efficaciously elevate the TCM syndrome of patients with primary hypothyroidism,especially appetite and abdominal distension,and significantly enhance the quality of life of patients,safe and reliable.
