Clinical Observation Of Salviayuye Decoction In The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Kidney Disease With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin And Blood Stasis

Objective:The clinical effect of Salvia Yuye decoction combined with valsartan capsule on early diabetic kidney disease with deficiency of qi and Yin and blood stasisMethods:a total of 60 patients who were admitted to the endocri nology clinic and ward of Shijiazhuang traditional Chinese medicine hospital were randomly divided into treatment group(30cases)and control group(30cases),In both groups,the indicators were cleaned and treated for 2weeks to stabilize the blood glucose,blood lipid and othe r indicators within a certain range,On this basis,the control group given valsartan capsule 80 mg,qd,on the basis of the control group and treatment group take salvia yuye decoction(formula particles),bid,treatment cycle for eight weeks,after the treatment compared two groups of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2h plasma glucose(2HPG),glycohe moglobin A1c(Hb A1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low dens ity lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),urine albumin creatinine ratio(AC R),the TCM symptom integral,security index of statistical change to P<0.05 for statistically significant clinical effect evaluation of salvia yuye decoction at the same time.Results:(1)The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,while that of the control group was 66.67%.All the enrolled patients completed clinical observation,and no allergy,fever or adverse reactions occurred during the whole experiment;(2)ACR decreased in both groups before and after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).ACR in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).There were statistically signifi cant differences in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were statistically significant dif ferences in TCM syndrome scores between the treatment group and t he control group(P<0.05);(3)fasting plasma glucose,2h plasma glucose,glycohemoglobin A1 c,total cholesterol,triglyceride,and low-density lipo protein-cholesterol between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment and between the two groups showed no s tatistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The treatment mode of Salviayuye decoction combined with Valsartan capsule not only improves the clinical TCM syndr ome of the patients,but also has the clinical effect of reducing the ur inary albumin/creatinine ratio of the patients with early diabetic nephr opathy caused by qi and Yin deficiency combined with blood stasis.(2)Salviayuye decoction combined with Valsartan capsule is safe and suitable for clinical promotion.
