Clinical Study Of Treating Proteinuria At Stage Ⅲ Diabetic Kidney Disease By Insect Drugs Based On Collateral Disease Theory

Objective: To study the clinical effect and mechanism of diabetic kidney disease treating proteinuria at Stage III by insect drugs based on collateral disease theory.Methods: The 60 patients with Ⅲ stage of diabetic kidney disease were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with basic therapy of Western medicine,the patients of control group was treated with Zhuyu Yishen Decoction and Huang Kui capsule,the patients of experiment group was treated with Zhuyu Yishen Decoction and insect drugs.Total therapeutic course was 8 weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators before and after treatment were observed and statistically analyzed.Results: A total of 60 patients completed 8 weeks of observation.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups of patients.The experiment group was significantly better than the control group in the curative effect of TCM symptoms and clinical effect(P<0.05);FBG,UAER,β2-MG,SCr,BUN,FIB,D-D in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05);PBG、Hb A1 c in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),but the curative effect of the two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: It is safe and effective to treat diabetic kidney disease proteinuria with insect drugs based on collateral disease theory,which can significantly reduce the excretion rate of urine protein in patients,improve blood coagulation function,stabilize renal function,improve clinical symptoms and delay the progression of diabetic kidney disease.This study provides a new direction for the prevention and treatment of diabetic kidney disease.
