Observation Of Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets Combined With Amoxicillin,Clarithromycin,Bismuth And Rabeprazole In Treating Chronic Gastritis Associated With Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Objective:To observe the eradication rate,clinical symptom relief rate and adverse reaction rate of compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with amoxicillin,clarithromycin,bismuth potassium citrate and rabeprazole in the treatment of chronic gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori.Methods: 120 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis and Hp infection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University,from January 2019 to November 2019,were selected and divided into combined treatment group and standard treatment group according to the method of random number table.60 patients in the standard treatment group were given standard quadruple therapy,and 60 patients in the combined treatment group were given compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets on the basis of quadruple therapy.The course of treatment was 14 days.Observing the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori,clinical symptom relief rate and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:Per protocol analysis(PP)showed that the eradication rates of H.pylori in the combined treatment group and the standard treatment group were 89.66%(52/58)and 75.44%(43/57),the clinical remission rates of the patients in the combined treatment group and the standard treatment group were 91.38%(53/58)and 75.44%(43/57),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group and thestandard treatment group were 13.79%(8/58)and 31.58%(18/57).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Intention to treat analysis(ITT)showed that the eradication rates of H.pylori in the combined treatment group and the standard treatment group were 86.67%(52/60)and 71.67%(43/60),the clinical remission rates of the patients in the combined treatment group and the standard treatment group were 88.33%(53/60)and 71.67%(43/60),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group and the standard treatment group were 16.67%(8/60)and 35.00%(18/60).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with amoxicillin,clarithromycin,bismuth and rabeprazole in the treatment of H.pylori infection-associated chronic gastritis has high H.pylori eradication rate,low incidence of adverse reactions,and good symptom improvement.
