Research On The Development And Influencing Factors Of Medical Social Work In Jinan E Hospital

In the new century,China’s relevant departments have issued a number of documents to promote the development of social work.Due to the support and requirements of the policy level,medical institutions all over the country carry out practical exploration according to their own actual needs and advantages,resulting in different development models and achieving certain development effects.However,there are also some problems.On the whole,the development of eastern coastal areas is better than that of central and western inland areas.This study is about the development of medical social work in Jinan E hospital and the influencing factors.Through interviews with the person in charge of Social Work Department,front-line medical social workers,interns and volunteers of Jinan e hospital,we collected the first-hand information needed for the study,and combined with the author’s personal experience of internship in the hospital to understand the development of medical social work in E hospital,Firstly,based on the national policy and the development of medical social work in ShanDong Province,this paper analyzes the background of practical exploration of e hospital.Then,combined with the actual service content,it summarizes the development process and divides it into exploration period,germination period and development period,Based on the understanding of the development process,the paper focuses on the development status of medical social work,and finally discusses the deficiencies in the development,such as the lack of professionals,lack of practical experience,and limited professional service effect.Based on the theory of social ecosystem,the study found that medical social work in the process of development will be affected by many factors,such as voluntary service resources,recognition and so on.According to the analysis of the influencing factors,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the development,as follows:first,colleges and universities should play the role of the main body of education,improve the education system,and pay attention to practice,To cultivate the students’ ability to deal with practical problems;Second,the hospital can establish a cooperation mechanism,contact external resources,with the help of"external force" to expand the talent team and obtain social support;Thirdly,the Ministry of civil affairs and other relevant government departments should increase publicity of the major through various ways to enhance the public’s awareness of the major,and improve the system to ensure the construction of the professional team;Fourthly,for medical social workers,they should take the initiative to communicate with their clients,strengthen learning and improve their professional ability.
